摘要
在关于国民经济和社会发展的《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年
规划和 2035年远景目标纲要》中，明确提出要“打造数字经济新优势”，将数字经
济发展和数字化转型的目标与作用提高到了国民经济新高度。当代企业数字化发
展趋势下，实现财务系统创新以及规范财务管理势在必行，财务数字化建设既是
提高财务管理效率的必然选择，也是优化管理核心竞争能力的需要。
本文选取中小型企业 Y公司作为研究案例。 Y公司因寻求实现线上办公、提
高办公效率的需求和实现敏经营、轻管理、易金融的目标，以财务数字化转型为
切入口实施公司数字化转型。在财务数字化转型建设进程中，金蝶云系统初步实
现了采购物料出入库、采购付款、员工报销、人事考勤、用印与用车申请线上化
的应用成果。但是还存在着数字化广度不够，预算管理、成本管理、经营合约线
管理、税务管理等系统还存在缺失，各部门之间的数据无法互通互联，没有实现
各部门间的网络化沟通和协同办公；数字化深度不足，没有应用 OCR影像扫描系
统及 RPA技术，基础数据要靠人工输入，没有银企互联系统无法实现现金管理、
支付结算金融服务的自动化等，没有实现智能财务、实时会计；数字化支撑不足，
没有规范的业务流程、标准的数据治理体系、行之有效的制度秩序、专业的数字
化人才、上下一心的数字文化、充足的资源投入等问题，不能有效的提供对业务
的支持及对公司决策提供数据支持服务，全面展现了 Y公司财务数字化转型建设
的现状。
结合 Y公司实际情况，对存在的问题进行分析，并相应的提出了财务转型的
优化方案，即适时调整制度、构建财务职能专业化分工，重构信息化系统实现数据协
同、业务财务深度融合实现业务支持、加大数字化资源投入，梳理数据流向建立流程标
准、制定数据标准实现决策支持，最后注重人力资源管理，聘请精通数字技术的领导者、
建设财务数字技术人才队伍、配套培训和激励机制、塑造数字文化。共同推进公司财
务数字化建设落地，更好地使财务数字化为企业管理服务。

ABSTRACT
In the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of the People’s
Republic of China and the Outline of Long-Term Goals for 2035" on national economic and social
development, it is clearly stated that the need to "create new advantages in the digital economy" is to
develop and digitize the digital economy. The goals and effects of the transformation have been raised to a
new height in the national economy. Under the current trend of enterprise digitalization, it is imperative to
realize financial system innovation and standardize financial management. Financial digitalization is not
only an inevitable choice for improving the efficiency of financial management, but also the need for
optimizing the core competitiveness of management.
In this paper, Y Company, a small and medium-sized enterprise, is selected as a research case. Y
company seeks to realize online office work, improve office efficiency, and realize the goal of being
sensitive to operation, light to management and easy to finance, and takes the financial digital
transformation as the entry point to implement the digital transformation of the company. In the process of
financial digital transformation and construction, Kingdee Cloud System initially realized the online
application results of purchasing materials, purchasing payment, employee reimbursement, personnel
attendance, printing and car application.However, there is still a lack of digital breadth, and the systems
such as budget management, cost management, business contract line management, and tax management
are still missing. The data between departments cannot be interconnected, and the network communication
and collaborative work between departments are not realized. The depth of digitization is insufficient, OCR
image scanning system and RPA technology are not applied, basic data must be manually input, cash
management, automation of payment and settlement financial services, etc. cannot be realized without
bank-enterprise interconnection system, and intelligent finance and real-time accounting cannot be realized;
Problems such as insufficient digital support, lack of standardized business processes, standard data
governance system, effective institutional order, professional digital talents, integrated digital culture, and
sufficient resource input can not effectively provide business support and data support services for
