摘
要
经过三十年的不断探索，我国逐步形成了以期货和期权为中心的期货衍生品交易
市场，期货已经逐渐发展成为中国现代金融体系中极其重要的组成部分。随着期货行
业的不断发展和中国市场国际化的不断推进，金融创新也在发挥着重要作用，数字金
融科技正在逐渐颠覆着期货行业的发展，期货机构的服务渠道和载体正在向数字化迁
移，中小型期货公司的数字化转型迫在眉睫。
本文通过对期货公司数字化转型的研究，分析期货行业数字化转型的时代背景及
意义，同时对国内国际两大期货巨头的数字化路径进行了归纳分析，对 H期货公司的
数字化转型发展进行阶段性的效果评价，找出转型过程中存在的问题加以修正的同时
为其他中小型期货公司的数字化转型提供借鉴。
本文首先运用文献综述法，大量阅读查找了针对金融行业数字化的相关文章及现
有文献，总结归纳了国内国外的相关理论研究结果，同时分析期货公司数字化转型的
行业背景以及数字化发展的趋势，通过国内外先进期货公司的数字化转型路径，以盈
透公司、永安期货为例，分析了头部期货公司数字化发展的路径，为接下来的研究奠
定了一定的实践基础；其次重点研究了 H期货公司数字化转型前的发展状况，先是通
过 SWOT分析法梳理了 H期货公司发展存在的痛点，再分析了 H期货公司的数字化
转型发展案例，通过其数字化转型的经验和不足为其他中小型期货公司的数字化转型
提供一定的指引和借鉴：中小型期货公司应当认清发展形势，适应金融科技发展规律，
加快实施数字化转型，通过创新业务模式，将数字化融入到期货业务全过程当中，通
过数字化手段满足客户需求，降低获客成本，并通过数字化手段健全风控体系，提供
公司防范风险能力。
本文的创新之处主要有两点：一是鲜有期货公司数字化转型理论和方法研究；二
是通过对 H期货公司数字化转型实践案例解剖分析，为我国中小期货公司数字化转型
提供了可学习借鉴的模板。鉴于笔者选取的案例阐述可能具有一定的片面性，同时在
研究过程中，数据挖掘还不足，部分问题还需要通过实践的不断进行再做进一步的思
考与探究。

ABSTRACT
After 30 years of continuous exploration, China has gradually formed a futures
derivatives trading market centered on futures and options. Futures have gradually
developed and become an extremely important part of China's modern financial system.
With the continuous development of the futures industry and the internationalization of
China's market, financial innovation is also playing an important role. Digital financial
technology is gradually subverting the development of the futures industry. The service
channels and carriers of futures institutions are migrating to digitization. The digital
transformation of small and medium-sized futures companies is imminent.
Through the research on the digital transformation of futures companies, this paper
analyzes the era background and significance of the digital transformation of futures
industry, summarizes and analyzes the digital paths of the two domestic and international
futures giants, and evaluates the phased effect of the digital transformation development of
H futures company, Find out the problems existing in the transformation process and
correct them. At the same time, it provides reference for the digital transformation of other
small and medium-sized futures companies.
Firstly, this paper uses the literature review method to read and find the relevant
articles and existing literature on the digitization of the financial industry, summarizes the
relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad, analyzes the industry background
of the digital transformation of futures companies and the trend of digital development, and
through the digital transformation path of advanced futures companies at home and abroad,
in order to gain insight into the company Taking Yong'an futures as an example, this paper
analyzes the digital development path of head futures company, which lays a certain
practical foundation for the next research; Secondly, it focuses on the development status of
H futures company before digital transformation. Firstly, it combs the pain points existing
in the development of H futures company through SWOT analysis, and then analyzes the
development case of digital transformation of H futures company, Through its experience
and shortcomings in digital transformation, it provides certain guidance and reference for

the digital transformation of other small and medium-sized futures companies: small
and medium-sized futures companies should recognize the development situation, adapt to
the development law of financial science and technology, accelerate the implementation of
digital transformation, and integrate digitization into the whole process of futures business
through innovative business models, Meet customer needs through digital means, reduce
customer acquisition costs, improve risk control system through digital means, and provide
the company with risk prevention ability.
There are two main innovations in this paper: first, there is little research on the theory
and method of digital transformation of futures companies; Second, through the case
analysis of H futures company's digital transformation practice, it provides a template for
the digital transformation of small and medium-sized futures companies in China. In view
of the fact that the case selected by the author may be one-sided, and data mining is still
insufficient in the research process, some problems need to be further thought and explored
through continuous practice.
