摘要
金融科技的发展和数字经济的渗透,传统以存贷利差为主的盈利模式已经无
法支撑银行的进一步发展,商业银行的利润率不断被互联网金融平台蚕食,新冠
病毒冲击实体经济,外部环境恶化,内部增长乏力,这就促使我国的传统商业银
行纷纷寻求新的变革方式,以解决当前的困境。在数字经济时代,商业银行为尽
快摆脱当前困境向数字化转型是必然趋势。
各大银行积极布局进行数字化转型,但对于转型的路径不清晰,转型方向不
明确困扰了数字化转型的步伐。本文通过选择平安银行转型这一成功案例,来为
这一难题提供新的思路和路径,为各大银行数字化转型提供借鉴意义。首先发现
问题,通过分析问题,寻求解决问题的逻辑,对数字化转型对平安银行的盈利能
力进行分析,并在平安银行转型经验基础上为其他银行转型提供应对对策。
本文以数字经济背景下平安银行利用科技手段进行盈利转型为案例深入研
究,以金融科技理论,平台经济学理论,加上长尾理论为基础,以银行业务数字
化转型支持盈利增长的内在逻辑为载体,同时分析了平安银行数字化转型的动因
和战略选择,得出了平安银行技术端、移动端、流程端、组织框架端等方面的转
型路径。分别从实证效果和财务效果两大方面,从经营绩效、获客、风控、成本、
普惠金融等方面得出效果显著。并在数字化转型过程中发现存在的问题并分析问
题的原因,最后得出数字化转型案例的启示与建议。
通过案例分析,平安银行数字化转型比较成功,商业银行也应深入发掘自身
潜力,制定更有针对性数字化转型方案设计,以此来促进银行业整体的蓬勃发展。

Abstract
With the development of financial technology and the penetration of digital
economy, the traditional profit model based on the interest margin of loans and loans
has been unable to support the further development of banks. The profit margins of
commercial banks have been eroded by the Internet financial platform. novel
coronavirus impacts the real economy, the deterioration of the external environment
and the weak internal growth have forced our traditional commercial banks to actively
explore new ideas of transformation to solve the problems now facing them. The
digital transformation of commercial banks conforms to the development
requirements of the digital economy era.
Major banks actively layout for digital transformation, but the path and direction
of transformation are not clear, which puzzles the pace of digital transformation. This
paper selects the successful case of Ping An Bank's transformation to provide new
ideas and paths for this problem and provide reference for the digital transformation
of major banks. Firstly, find the problems, find the logic to solve the problems by
analyzing the problems, analyze the profitability of Ping An Bank by digital
transformation, and provide countermeasures for the transformation of other banks
based on the transformation experience of Ping An Bank.
This paper takes Ping An Bank's profit transformation using scientific and
technological means under the background of digital economy as a case for in-depth
research, based on financial technology theory, platform economics theory and long
tail theory, and taking the internal logic of banking business digital transformation
supporting profit growth as the carrier, analyzes the motivation and strategic choice of
Ping An Bank's digital transformation, and obtains the technical end, mobile end,
process end The transformation path of the end of the organizational framework.
From the two aspects of empirical effect and financial effect, it is concluded that the
effect is significant from the aspects of business performance, customer acquisition,
risk control, cost, Inclusive Finance and so on. In the process of digital transformation,
