摘要
“三农”问题已成为学术界和实务界关注的热点。2023年的中央一号文件明
确提出,为了做好“三农”工作,我们需要推进农业的关键核心技术研发,并加
强农业创新和转化能力。立足国情农情,建设科技装备强的农业强国。农业企业
作为农业创新的中坚力量,它创新能力的提升能够对整个行业产生举足轻重的影
响。为解决“三农”问题,提高农企创新能力势在必行。但是,在“三农”工作
的具体开展中,农企创新能力不足,创新成果欠缺,究其原因在于由农企数字技
术应用水平较低、农企面临较强的融资约束、金融服务范围的有限性导致的数字
化困境和资金困境,这严重限制了我国农企创新水平的提升。在经济迅速发展的
进程中,作为一种创新的金融方式,数字普惠金融应运而生,它实现数字技术和
普惠金融的结合,通过学习示范效应带动农企数字化转型,同时缓解农企与金融
机构之间的信息不对称程度,扩大金融服务范围,优化金融环境,改善农企在金
融市场中的处境,不仅促进农企数字技术的广泛应用,而且向农企提供了创新所
需的资金。因此,探究数字普惠金融是否能够推动农企创新具有重要的研究意义。
数字普惠金融能否促进农企创新能力的提升?在数字普惠金融对农企创新发
挥影响的过程中其分维度数字化程度和普惠性程度两者谁更胜一筹?背后隐藏的
影响机理又是如何?为寻求这些问题的答案,本文主要以2011—2020年沪深A 股
上市农企为研究对象,探讨数字普惠金融及其分维度数字化程度和普惠性程度对
农企创新的影响以及内在影响机理。通过实证检验发现:(1)数字普惠金融的发展
可以促进农企创新。(2)进一步分维度对比研究表明,相对普惠性程度,数字化程
度对农企创新的促进作用更明显。(3)机制分析表明,数字普惠金融发展不仅能够
增强农企竞争力,而且能够推动农企结构多元化,进而有利于农企创新能力的提
升。对于分维度而言,数字化程度主要通过促进农企数字化转型提升其创新能力,
而普惠性程度主要通过缓解融资约束提升农企创新能力。(4)比较不同情境下数字
普惠金融对农企创新影响的差异发现,当农企商业信用融资水平较低、属于非国
有企业、地处边远地区以及对于非上市农企这一特殊主体时,数字普惠金融对农
企创新的促进作用更显著。(5)此外,经济后果检验发现,数字普惠金融通过促进
农企创新进而有助于缩小城乡收入差距。本研究不仅深化了数字普惠金融相关研

究,为提升农企创新提供新视角,且为数字普惠金融的结构性发展优化以及缩小
城乡收入差距、实现共同富裕提供可靠经验证据。

ABSTRACT
The issue of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers (referred to as the "san nong"in
China)has become a hot topic of concern in both academic and practical circles.The
Central Document No.1of 2023explicitly stated that in order to effectively address the
"san nong"issues,it is necessary to advance the key core technology research and
development in agriculture,and strengthen agricultural innovation and transformation
capabilities.Based on the national conditions and rural situations,the goal is to build a
strong agricultural nation with advanced science and technology equipment.
Agricultural enterprises,as a key force in agricultural innovation,have a crucial impact
on the entire industry through the enhancement of their innovative capabilities.It is
imperative to enhance the innovation capabilities of agricultural enterprises in order to
address the "san nong"issues.However,in the specific implementation of "san nong"
work,the insufficient innovation capabilities and lack of innovative achievements in
agricultural enterprises can be attributed to low levels of digital technology application,
strong financing constraints,and limited financial service coverage,which
fundamentally restrict the improvement of innovation levels in Chinese agricultural
enterprises.With the rapid development of the economy and society,digital inclusive
finance has emerged as an innovative financial means.It integrates digital technology
and inclusive finance,driving the digital transformation of agricultural enterprises
through demonstration effects,while alleviating the information asymmetry between
agricultural enterprises and financial institutions.It expands the scope of financial
services,optimizes the financial environment,improves the position of agricultural
enterprises in the financial market,and rationalizes the allocation of financial resources
within agricultural enterprises.This not only promotes the widespread application of
digital technology in agricultural enterprises but also provides the necessary funding for
innovation.Therefore,exploring whether digital inclusive finance can promote
agricultural enterprise innovation is of great research significance.
Can digital inclusive finance enhance the innovation capabilities of agricultural
enterprises?In the process of influencing agricultural enterprise innovation,which
dimension,digitalization level or inclusiveness level,plays a more important role?What
are the underlying influencing mechanisms?To seek answers to these questions,this
paper mainly focuses on the listed agricultural enterprises on the Shanghai and
Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2011to 2020,and investigates the impact of digital
