制造企业数字化转型是实现智能制造的动力与基础,是传统制造向智能制造转变不
可或缺的一步。但长期以来,企业数字化建设成果并不理想。经过学界的不断研究,
发现信息技术能力是制造企业数字化转型的基础,对企业绩效存在重要影响。学者们
从不同角度探究了信息技术能力对企业绩效的影响机制,但很少有研究涉及到制造企
业内部的物流部门。物流是第三利润源,对制造企业生产、交付等活动尤其重要。目
前,我国物流产业正处于传统物流向现代物流转变的过程当中,利用新一代信息技术
和现代管理方法建设智慧物流体系成为新的发展趋势。但智慧物流在我国处于起步阶
段,企业缺乏理论指导。因此,探究智慧物流影响因素并帮助企业打造内部智慧物流
系统提升绩效具有重要意义。创新是经济发展的动因,作为环境变量的创新氛围可能
会影响智慧物流系统建设。
本文从制造企业内部物流部门视角出发,结合资源基础理论、价值链理论和创造
力投资理论,构建理论模型并深入分析创新氛围如何影响制造业企业内部智慧物流系
统建设。首先根据已有文献制定量表,经过讨论与修正后进行正式调研,并对量表展
开信度与效度检验。其次,本文进行了共同方法偏差检验和多重共线性检验,确保研
究结果的准确性。最后,利用 SPSS 软件验证了物流运作能力的中介效应和创新氛围的
调节效应。研究发现:信息技术能力对物流运作能力和企业绩效均有显著的正向影
响,表明制造企业数字化转型要注重培养信息技术能力。物流运作能力在信息技术能
力对企业绩效的影响路径中起部分中介作用,企业可通过信息技术赋能物流打造智慧物
流系统改善企业绩效。此外,创新氛围正向调节信息技术能力与企业绩效之间的关
系,负向调节物流运作能力的中介作用,与常理相悖。因此,本文对创新氛围的调节
作用展开了更深入的探究,发现创新氛围 U 型调节信息技术能力与物流运作能力之间
的关系。
最后,本文从企业和政府两个角度给出了建议:为了提升企业绩效,制造企业应
加强培养企业的信息技术能力,并应用信息技术能力提升企业物流运作能力,打造内
部智慧物流系统;营造浓厚的创新氛围,强化信息技术能力对企业绩效的正向影响;
长期持续营造创新氛围,扩大信息技术能力对物流运作能力的正向影响。政府应制定
相关优惠性政策,激励制造企业创新,支持企业实现内部智慧物流系统等。

IAbstract
The digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is the driving force and
foundation of intelligent manufacturing, and an indispensable step in the transformation from
traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing. However, for a long time, the
achievements of enterprise digital construction are not ideal. Through the continuous research
of academic circles, it is found that information technology capability is the basis of digital
transformation of manufacturing enterprises and has an important impact on enterprise
performance. Scholars have explored the impact mechanism of information technology
capability on enterprise performance from different angles, but few studies involve the
logistics department within manufacturing enterprises. Logistics is the third profit source,
which is particularly important for manufacturing enterprises; production, delivery and other
activities. At present, China;s logistics industry is in the process of transformation from
traditional logistics to modern logistics. Using the new generation of information technology
and modern management methods to build a smart logistics system has become a new
development trend. However, smart logistics is starting in China, and enterprises lack
theoretical guidance. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors of
smart logistics and help enterprises build an internal smart logistics system to improve
performance. Innovation is the motivation of economic development. As an environmental
variable, the innovation climate may affect the construction of smart logistics system.
From the perspective of the internal logistics department of manufacturing enterprises,
combined with resource-based theory, value chain theory and creative investment theory, this
paper constructs a theoretical model and makes an in-depth analysis of how the innovation
climate affects the construction of smart logistics system. Firstly, according to the existing
literature, the scale is formulated, and formal investigation is carried out after discussion and
revision, and the reliability and validity of the scale are tested. Secondly, the common method
biases test and multicollinearity test are carried out to ensure the accuracy of the research
results. Finally, SPSS software is used to verify the mediating effect of logistics operation
ability and the moderating effect of innovation climate. It is found that information
technology capability has a significant positive impact on logistics operation capability and
enterprise performance, indicating that manufacturing enterprises should pay attention to
cultivating information technology capability in digital transformation. Logistics operation
capability plays a partial medium role in the impact path of information technology capability
on enterprise performance. Enterprises can build a smart logistics system to improve
enterprise performance through information technology enabled logistics. In addition,
IIinnovation climate positively moderates the relationship between information technology
capability and enterprise performance, and negatively moderates the mediating effect of
logistics operation capability, which is contrary to common sense. Therefore, this paper makes
a more in-depth exploration on the role of innovation climate, and finds that the U-shaped
innovation climate moderates the relationship between information technology capability and
logistics operation capability.
Finally, this paper gives suggestions from the perspectives of enterprises and government:
in order to improve enterprise performance, manufacturing enterprises should strengthen the
cultivation of enterprise information technology capability, apply information technology
capability to improve enterprise logistics operation capability and build internal smart
logistics system; Create a strong innovation climate and strengthen the positive impact of
information technology capability on enterprise performance; Continue to create an
innovation climate for a long time, and expand the positive impact of information technology
capability on logistics operation capability. The government should formulate relevant
preferential policies to encourage manufacturing enterprises to innovate and support
enterprises to realize internal smart logistics system.
