本文以 FY 集团为研究对象,分六个章节对 FY 集团高级人才的队伍建设进
行研究
第一章为绪论。说明研究背景、研究意义及研究内容和拟解决的问题
第二章对文献综述,对所涉及的概念进行解释。首先解释本文的研究对象,
即高级人才定义及高级人才特点,再简单介绍了高级人才队伍建设的影响因素、
常见问题和建设途径
第三章介绍了 FY 集团高级人才队伍建设现状,首先介绍 FY 集团及其发展
战略和近几年发展目标;再对其人员基本情况和高级人才队伍的现状进行分析
第四章笔者对 FY 集团高级人才满意度调查问卷进行分析,探讨了 FY 集团
在高级人才队伍建设中存在的问题
第五章根据第四章分析的问题提出了 FY 集团高级人才队伍建设的策略
第六章对全文进行概括总结,阐述本文研究结论,归纳研究成果

Abstract
With the increasing competition in our country and international economic
environment, talents,especially senior talents play an increasingly important role in
the company, and become the key training object of human resource department ..The
quantity and quality of senior talents in our country have been improved with the
improvement of the national education level. At present, many enterprises have been
aware of the importance of senior talent and increasing the input of the construction of
senior talents.
This paper takes FY group as the research object and research the construction of
senior talent team in six chapters.
The first chapter is introduction. Explain the research background, research
meaning,research contents and the problem to be solved.
The second chapter is the literature review, which explains the concepts involved
in this paper. First of all, this paper explains the research object of this paper, that is
the definition of senior talents and the characteristics of senior talents, and then briefly
introduces the influencing factors, common problems and construction methods of the
construction of senior talents.
The third chapter introduces the current situation of the construction of the FY
group of senior talents. Firstly, it introduces the FY group and its development
strategy and development goals in recent years. Then it analyzes the basic situation of
the staff and the status of the senior talent team.
In the fourth chapter, the author analyzes the FY group&39;s senior personnel
satisfaction questionnaire, and discusses the problems of FY group in the construction
of the senior talent team.
In the fifth chapter, according to the analysis of the fourth chapter, the authorIV
puts forward the strategy of the construction of senior talent team in the FY group.
The sixth chapter summarizes the full text, expounds the research conclusion and
summarizes the research results.
