摘要
随着医疗技术的迅猛发展,医疗行业内的竞争日趋激烈。在医疗健康领域,人们
也不仅仅止步于生存需求的满足,转而寻求更高层次的心理和身体的全方面满足。在
此背景下,医院想要谋求更好的生存和发展,必然要对自身的观念进行转变和更新,
从医疗技术为主的管理模式转变为医疗技术与服务的整合管理模式,关注患者在整个
医疗过程中的就医感受,不断改进和提高医院医疗服务的综合质量。患者满意度是患
者从自身感受及期望出发,针对诊疗过程中的切身体验所做出的主观性评价。通过患
者满意度指标可以反映出医院的管理及服务水平。因此医院应通过对患者满意度的调
研,了解医院患者满意度的情况,分析医院的优势和劣势,在此基础上改进服务过程
中存在的缺陷,全面提升医疗服务水平,增强医院的核心竞争力。BY医院是皖北地
区最大规模的三甲综合性医院,服务范围广泛,服务人口众多。近年来,医院围绕建
设“国内知名、省内一流、群众满意的省级医疗中心”的医院发展愿景,以改善患者
就医感受为出发点,持续提升医疗服务质量和水平,努力为人民群众提供安全、有效、
便捷的医疗服务。
在此背景下,本文通过文献研究法,问卷调查法,实地观察法等方法,首先以卫
健委满意度调查体系为基础,参考相关文献,结合 BY 医院实际情况构建了一个包含
7 个一级指标和27 个二级指标的住院患者满意度评价指标体系。据此设计问卷,开
展问卷调查,并根据调查结果,运用统计软件对问卷进行信度效度检验、受访者人口
统计学特征描述性分析、重要性与满意度描述性分析、再基于各项指标的重要性和满
意度值结合BY 医院实际情况对住院医疗服务现状进行分析,最后进行 IPA 分析,绘
制 IPA 模型矩阵图,从中得到 BY 医院住院医疗服务中的优势因素、改进因素、劣势
因素、机会因素,并根据问题的紧迫性和严重性提出BY 医院住院患者满意度提升策
略。

I ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
The medical industry is getting increasingly competitive as medical technology
advances at a rapid pace. People in the medical and health care fields seek higher-level
psychological and physical fulfillment in addition to basic survival demands. Under this
background, if a hospital wants to increase its chances of survival and development, it must
alter and update its own vision. From a medical technology-dominated management model
to an integrated management model of medical technology and services, the hospital
should focus on the patient;s medical experience throughout the medical process, and
continuously improve and improve the overall quality of hospital medical services. Patient
satisfaction is a subjective assessment of a patient;s experience in the diagnostic and
treatment process based on their own sentiments and expectations. The hospital;s
administration and service level might be reflected in the patient satisfaction index. As a
result, the hospital should conduct a patient satisfaction survey to determine the current
state of patient satisfaction. The hospital should fix the current faults in the service process,
fully improve the medical service level, and boost the hospital;s core competitiveness on
the basis of assessing the benefits and disadvantages. BY Hospital is northern Anhui;s
largest third-class general hospital, with a wide variety of services and a huge patient
population. In recent years, the hospital;s growth strategy has been to create a "provincial
medical center that is well-known in China, first-class in the province, and well-liked by
the people." The hospital has continued to increase the quality and level of medical
services, with the goal of providing patients with safe, effective, and convenient medical
care.
Against this backdrop, this paper employs the literature research method,
questionnaire survey method, field observation method, and other methods, first based on
the Health and Health Commission satisfaction survey system, referring to relevant
literature, and combining with the actual situation of BY hospital to construct a 7 first-level
Inpatient satisfaction evaluation index system of indicators and 27 secondary indicators.
This paper creates a questionnaire and utilizes it to perform a questionnaire survey. This
study employs statistical tools to examine the questionnaire;s reliability and validity, as
well as descriptive analysis of the respondents; demographic features and descriptive
analysis of importance and satisfaction. This thesis examines the present state of inpatient
medical services as well as the current state of BY Hospital based on the importance and
