微波炉产品外观零部件配合间隙均匀度是微波炉质量控制的重要内容之一,会直接 关系到消费者是否愿意购买该微波炉产品。W公司是一家专门从事家电产品设计制造的 大型跨国企业,根据其2019年在市场进行新产品调研的结果显示:有超过80%的消费 者倾向于将微波炉的整体外观作为其产生购买欲望的第一刺激因素。而门与控制盒之间 的间隙衡量其微波炉外观质量的重要标准之一。本文根据W公司新产品开发的管理知 识提出如何对产品关键参数进行稳定管理,其主要研究目的是改善W公司LP新产品面 临的门间隙不良问题,并通过关键参数管理找到根本原因并改善提高其合格率。 首先,根据W公司产品开发总结出产品关键参数管理的逻辑和基本概况。 其次,采纳关键参数管理以门间隙为主要研究对象,统计出自从LP新产品投产后 的不良比例,成立专门质量改善小组。改善小组的成员通过利用4M1D对门间隙产生的 整个过程从人员,物料,设计,方法,机器上面分别找原因进行研究分析,运用数据分 析,现场观察和头脑风暴等方法找到门间隙产生的根本原因主要在物料零件变异上。接 着运用取样数,零件变异分析等方法进一步确定主要变异来源来塑胶门。继而通过对其 流程图的分析以及实验设计找到其直接原因是注塑机的止逆环破损影响塑胶门长度尺 寸,最后将其制程能力纳入关键尺寸管控,最终改善门间隙不良。 最后,通过质量改善的研究,对于W公司而言,因为门间隙超差引起的质量不良 比例由最初的4.5%下降到0.1%。同时,通过运用关键参数管理对该问题的研究,进一 步提高了公司在质量改善方面的积极性,为解决类似质量问题提供了经验,并有效提升 了该LP新产品的市场竞争力确保其持续满足顾客要求,和为其他类似家电企业提供质 量改善借鉴作用。 关键词:关键参数管理;零件变异分析;实验设计 II ABSTRACT How is the gap uniformity among the cosmetic parts on the microwave oven is one of the most important quality control contents.which is even related to whether the consumers are willing to buy this product. Company W is a large multinational company specializing in the design and manufacture of home appliances. According to the marketing research results of new products in 2019, There are more than 80% of consumers who tend to consider the overall appearance of microwave ovens as the first stimulus for purchase. The gap between the door and the control box is one of the critical indicates for measuring the quality of the microwave oven's appearance. This paper elaborates how to stably manage the critical parameters on the microwave oven in terms of the new product development knowledge in W company.The main research purpose is to refine the gap evenness between the door and the console on the new product LP and then to find the root cause and improve the yield rate through the key parameter management. First of all. It summarizes the logic and the basic overview of critical parameter management based on the product development process of W corporation. Secondly,Taking door gap as the main research object by adopting CPM in this paper. A quality improvement group was formed dedicated on the door gap failure. The team members used 4M1D method and checked how the door gap was generated from the aspects of material,man,machine,method and design. Then the component variance was screened out as the root cause by using the data analysis and the field observation as well as brainstorming,etc. Later. The team identified the plastic door length as the main factor through measurement system evaluation(MSE) and component of variation(COV) and other tools. In order to improve and stabilize the door length.The team continued to analyze the flow chart of the plastic door frame and then found the direct reason was the breakage of the anti-inverse ring of the injection molding machine, which led to door gap failure. Last, The door gap issue was solved by taking the process capability of the door frame into account in the CPM. Finally. After quality improvement study, The defective rate caused by the door gap beyond the spec was dropped from the initial 4.5% to 0.5% for W corporation. At the same time, through the use of key parameter management to study the issue.It further improves the enthusiasm of the company in quality improvement and also provides experience and lessons to other similar quality issues. Not only does it effectively enhance the market competitiveness of LP product and ensure the products are able to sustainably meet the III customer requirements. But also leverage the quality improvement reference for other similar appliance corporations.
