随着科学技术的迅速发展,全球化进程的不断加快,制造业面临的竞争日益激烈, 提高新产品开发能力,降低新产品开发成本,提高产品质量和缩短产品开发周期己经成 为企业生存和发展的关键。中国的3C电子行业OEM( Original Equipment Manufacture, 原始设备制造商)企业已经经历了从早期初级的OEM生产(来料加工)到先进的ODM ( Original Design Manufacture,原始设计制造商)生产这种从低到高的发展过程。OEM 企业不再仅仅局限于利润较低的委托制造,已经开始重视产品开发设计,但原有的串行 开发模式已经不能满足现阶段产品开发要求,企业急需寻找一种新型的开发模式。 并行工程是现代工程管理理论的一种,核心是对新产品开发过程进行并行、集成化 处理。它要求产品开发人员从一开始就考虑到产品全生命周期内各阶段的因素,并强调 各部门的协同工作,通过建立各决策者之间有效的信息交流,使产品在设计阶段便具有 良好的可制造性、可装配性和可维护性等方面的特性,最大限度地减少设计返工,缩短 开发时间,降低开发成本。 本文首先对并行工程理论和OEM行业发展状况进行了介绍,论证了OEM企业导 入并行工程的必要性。其次介绍了H公司新产品开发的状况,总结出H公司新产品开 发存在“新产品开发成本高”、“新产品开发周期长”、“新产品开发团队组织结构封闭臃 肿且不稳定”和“跨部门信息共享困难不利于信息反馈”等问题,同时分析了并行工程 在H公司导入的可行性。最后介绍了基于并行工程的H公司并行开发设计方案,从建 立并行协同开发方案、新产品开发组织重组、信息管理系统优化、并行工程的知识管理 和建立先进的制造实验室共五个方面进行导入,最终实现降低H公司新产品开发费用, 缩短开发时间,提高市场竞争力的效果。 关键词:OEM企业,新产品开发,并行工程 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerating process of globalization, the competition faced by manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Improving new product development capability and product quality, reducing new product development cost and shortening the product development cycle has become the key to the survival and development of enterprises. China's 3C electronics industry OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) has already experienced low-to-high development process that from the early primary OEM production (incoming material processing) to the development of OEM production (commissioned manufacturing) and then to advanced ODM (Original Design Manufacture) .OEM enterprises are no longer just limited to commissioned manufacturing with lower profit. They have begun to pay attention to product design and development. However, the original serial development model can no longer meet the demand of product development at this stage, and enterprises urgently need to find a new type of development. Concurrent engineering is a kind of modern engineering management theory. The core is to parallelize and integrate the new product development process. It requires product developers to take all factors of each stage of the product cycle into consideration from the beginning, and emphasizes the collaborative work of various departments. It wants to minimize the rework of design, reduce development time and cost through the establishment of effective information exchange between decision makers, which ensure the product can be well manufactured, assembled and maintained at the design stage. Firstly, this paper introduces the concurrent engineering theory and the development status of the OEM industry, and demonstrates the necessity of importing concurrent engineering by OEM enterprises.Secondly, it introduces H Company's new product development status, summarizes H Company's new product development issues, such as high development cost, long development cycle, closed bloated and unstable development team organization, difficult information sharing and feedback across departments, and then analyzes the feasibility of importing concurrent engineering in H Company.Finally, it introduces the parallel development design scheme of H Company based on concurrent engineering, which imports from the aspects of establishing parallel collaborative development plan, new reorganizing new product development team, optimizing information management system,managing concurrent engineering knowledge and Establish advanced manufacturing laboratory to achieve the affect of reducing new product development cost, shortening development cycle and improving market competitiveness.
