高质量发展背景下,市场竞争日益激烈,企业务必要连续研发创新型产品才可以保 证竞争优势,作为影响产品创新效率的主要特点,知识异质性对企业新产品开发(NPD) 绩效有关键作用。目前探究当中,专家们对知识异质性与NPD绩效的关联关系并未达 成共识,而面对日益复杂快变的市场竞争环境,如何有效利用团队成员间的知识异质性 来提高企业NPD绩效,既是学界需要研究的问题,也是企业面临的现实挑战。 本研究从知识利用视角对知识异质性、转化式学习、高管支持与NPD绩效之间的 关系进行理论探索,提出理论假设,构建概念模型。为验证模型,本研究选取162家高 新技术企业通过问卷调查方式收集数据,运用SPSS和AMOS软件对346份样本数据进 行数据处理和假设检验,并运用Bootstrap法验证研究结果的稳健性。研究结果表明: 知识异质性对NPD绩效具有显著正向影响;知识异质性对转化式学习具有显著正向影 响;知识维持和知识激活在知识异质性与NPD绩效之间起部分中介作用;高管支持既 能正向调节知识异质性与转化式学习之间的关系,又能正向调节转化式学习与NPD绩 效之间的关系,即高管支持发挥了有中介的调节效应。本研究将转化式学习与高管支持 在NPD活动中关联起来,探究两者在知识异质性影响NPD绩效过程中的重要作用,不 仅丰富了知识异质性与产品创新领域的理论成果,对提升企业核心竞争力也具有重要现 实意义。 关 键 词:知识异质性;转化式学习;高管支持;新产品开发绩效 研究类型:应用研究 ABSTRACT Under the background of high-quality development and increasingly fierce market competition, it is imperative for companies to continuously develop innovative products to ensure competitive advantage, as the main feature affecting the efficiency of product innovation, knowledge heterogeneity (KH) plays a key role in the performance of a company's new product development (NPD). In the current investigation, there is no consensus among experts on the association between KH and NPD performance, but facing the increasingly complex and rapidly changing market competition environment, how to effectively utilize KH among team members to improve the NPD performance of enterprise is not only an important academic research issue, but also the realistic challenge for Chinese enterprises. In view of this, this study explores the relationships among KH, transformational learning (TL), and top management support (TMS) and NPD performance from the perspective of knowledge utilization, and puts forward theoretical hypotheses, constructs conceptual models. To verify this model, this study selected 162 high-tech enterprises to collect data through questionnaire surveys, and 346 sample data were processed and hypothesis were tested by SPSS and AMOS software, and then use Bootstrap method to analyzes the robustness of hypothesis test results. The research results show that: Firstly, KH has a significant positive impact on NPD performance. Secondly, KH has a significant positive impact on TL. Thirdly, knowledge maintenance and knowledge activation play a part of mediating role between KH and NPD performance. Fourthly, TMS can positively moderate the relationship between KH and TL as well as the relationship between TL and NPD performance, that is, TMS plays a mediated moderating role in the relationship. This paper correlates TL and TMS in NPD activities, and explores the important role of both in the process of KH affecting NPD performance, which can not only enrich the theoretical results in the field of KH and product innovation, but also has important practical significance to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
