I 摘要 当前我国社会正在持续高速发展，人们对于原有的生活方式已经不再满足， 同时所具有的购买力也在不断的提高，使得人们的消费水平也在持续不断的升级。 对于昌都人民来说，由于生活水平的提高，其对于冷链产品的要求也变得越来越 多。本文主要是对于昌都市在冷链物流方面进行了全面分析，通过分析得到问题 的原因以及如何解决这些问题的方法，并通过昌都市冷链物流建设的分析，来构 建一个满足昌都冷链需求的智慧物流平台。通过对昌都冷链物流的现状、成因进 行分析，从而找到了相应的对策，并通过具体实例的方式，从而能够更加直观的 反映这些措施的有效性。 本文通过昌都市的冷链物流建设现状进行分析并提出解决措施过程，通过案 例分析法、文献研究法等研究方法对昌都市物流的现状及其中出现的问题进行了 客观的分析，深层次的挖掘导致昌都市冷链物流建设出现问题的根源，并针对出 现的问题提出相应的解决措施。从而为相关部门规范冷链物流市场提供理论上的 支持，实现冷链物流建设的良性发展。 对昌都市冷链物流的标准体系规范建设提出了建议，通过冷链流通标准体系 研究，为相关部门建立冷链物流标准规范提供理论上的支持,有利于促进冷链流通 行业的规范化发展，提升冷链物流现代化水平。 对昌都市的扶贫工作提供思路，通过研究冷链物流和农村电子商务的相互结 合和推动，协助有关部门促进当地电商发展，推动当地扶贫脱贫政策实施。通过 教育、引进的方式，吸纳全国各地的优秀的物流人才，这也是解决昌都冷链物流 的关键因素。研究冷链物流的信息化、智能化建设对冷链物流业务的重要性和必 要性，为智慧冷链物流综合平台建设提出整体规划，为有关部门和相关企业进行 冷链物流信息化建设提供参考。本文对昌都市的基本状况及公共服务平台的建设 等提供了具体的解决方法和解决措施。 关键词：冷链物流；物流人才；智慧物流ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT At present, China's society is continuing to develop at a high speed, people are no longer satisfied with the original way of life, and their purchasing power is constantly improving, so people are constantly upgrading consumer products.
