随着改革开放这项基本国策持续深入地执行以及现代化进程的不断加速,我国在 经济发展方面已发生了深刻变化。目前经济增长已经由高速发展阶段转型至更高质量 的发展阶段,正进入历史上经济发展的最好时期。绿色环保、可持续发展理念经过多 年的宣传已经在人们心里生根,许多企业也开始逐渐意识到经济和环境等各方面协调 发展的重要性。传统的企业管理模式已经越来越不适应现阶段激烈的竞争环境和挑战, 为了能使企业在确保自身经济效益的同时主动承担起兼顾社会和环境效益的责任,实 现多方面可持续发展的目标,就必须要加强对供应商的评估和管理。因此本文主要针 对这个问题进行研究和探讨。 本文以 AK 公司为例,对其当前化工原材料供应商的评估工作进行了分析,发现 了存在的问题并找出了问题背后的原因。通过对国内外相关理论和研究现状的梳理, 同时借鉴和引用了相关评估理论的方法和成果,引入多个方面的因素,构建了一个具 有针对性的供应商评估体系。通过专业人士打分并结合运用模糊层次分析法,得出供 应商模糊综合评价结果,为最终的选择提供了依据。 本文的主要目的是为 AK 公司目前的供应商评估构建一个新的体系,并为相关化 工行业的其他企业的评估工作提供一些新的思路和参考。 关键词:供应商评估;指标体系;模糊层次分析法;化工行业III Abstract With the implementation of the basic state policy of reform and opening up deeply going on and the accelerating process of modernization, China’s economic development acquired profound changes. Currently the economic development start to shift from a high- speed growth phase to a high-quality oriented development phase, it is now in the best period of economic development in history. The idea of green environmental protection and the concept of sustainable development has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts after years of propaganda, therefore many companies has gradually began to realize the importance of coordinated development of economy, environment and all other aspects. The traditional enterprise management model has become increasingly unsuited to the current competitive environment and challenges. In order to enable enterprises to pursue their own economic benefits while taking into account to bear the environmental and social responsibilities to achieve multi-sustainable development, the evaluation and management of the suppliers must strengthened. So the article mainly focuses on this topic for study and discussion. This article presents an example of AK chemical company to analyze its current status quo for chemical raw material supplier’s evaluation and identify the existing problems and the reasons behind them. By combing the related theory and the research situation both domestic and abroad, drawing on the relevant evaluation methods and results, introducing various factors, we intend to establish a more targeted supplier evaluation system. Through professional’s rating & implementation of FAHP, we get the supplier’s comprehensive evaluation result which can back up for our final decision. The main purpose of this article is to establish a supplier evaluation system for AK chemical company and attempt to provide some new ideas or references to other relevant companies in the chemical industry for their evaluation work.
