摘要 半导体作为国家的重点战略新兴产业,行业发展的状态和政策措施,近年来都得 到了大力的支持,已初步发展奠定了坚实的基础,并逐步形成新的核心竞争力。 近年来,随着当代中国人民整体经济发展实力的急剧扩张、增加,社会财富实现 了爆炸式增长,使用和消费的社会资源越来越多,浪费资源事件和严重破坏生态环境 的事件更是不断反复发生。而绿色供应链管理(GSCM)的深入实施和有效推广正是为 了要有力地维持和保护人类社会中普遍存在两大经济基石绿色环保意识和经济发 展。这才是一条真正实现可持续发展的真正有效的途径 本论文以 DDPO 光刻设备供应链服务(中国)有限公司为例,基于绿色供应链管 理理论,深入的探讨,研究和分析 DDPO 公司在供应商的选择,供应商的绩效评估 和供应商分级管理等一系列供应商管控,管理中遇到的问题,寻求有效解决问题,优 化现有流程的方案和途径。事实上 DDPO 公司反映出来的供应链业务发展中遇到的 供应商管理问题,普遍的体现了许多半导体设备行业企业在现实操作环境中所遇到的 共性问题。虽然经过相当长时间的努力之后,半导体设备企业有效管理供应链服务提 供商的服务水平的能力正在稳步提升,整体服务质量良好,但在爆炸性的方式如中国 在上下文中在一个巨大的增长市场中,可以说许多类似的公司在供应商管理过程中同 样会遇到了供应商的选择,供应商的绩效考核和供应商分级管理等非常繁琐和细节的 问题。企业业务发展需求的急速爆发式增长和供应链服务供应商的相对发展缓慢和滞 后之间的矛盾和问题在这样的大背景下显得非常突出和严重。供应商一味追求不恰 当,不科学的高效,从而带来的高能耗,高成本,资源浪费,忽略整个供应链环节 中的绿色理念等问题都是无法回避的,那么,针对 DDPO 公司这样一家行业领头优 势企业,怎样过去选择,管理和管控自己的供应链服务供应商这样的课题的研究就显 得势在必行,从 DDPO 公司着手,更进一步的推动中国半导体行业尤其是设备制造 企业的供应链服务供应商管理领域引进和应用绿色供应链概念,进入新的高水平,高 效率,高质量的时代。 关键词:DDPO;半导体光刻设备供应链公司;绿色供应链管理;供应商管理研究III Abstract As a national key strategic emerging industry, semiconductor industry has initially consolidated the development foundation and will gradually form a new core competitiveness after the national investment and policy support in recent years.
