-I- 摘要 煤炭产业始终处在我国社会经济发展中的显著位置，在今后一定周期的发展进 程中，煤炭产业依然会在我国经济发展中占据较为重要的位置。正是煤炭产业处于 中国经济和社会发展的重要性，我国政府非常重视煤炭产业的健康化发展，并出台 了诸多促进煤炭产业发展的政策文件。在十三五规划纲要中，经过无数次研究与论 证之后，我国依然将煤炭等能源产业列为重点发展与调整的产业，同时我国已经基 本形成了较为完整的煤炭焦化工业体系。坐落在华北地区的旭阳煤化工集团是全球 最大的独立焦化集团。本文选题针对旭阳煤化工集团供应商风险评价与控制进行研 究，主要内容如下： 首先，在查阅大量前人相关研究文献的基础上，对本文的相关研究理论和方法 进行了梳理，为后续内容的撰写奠定了坚实的理论基础。 其次，从其供应商风险分析与识别现状进行分析，指出旭阳煤化工集团风险识 别存在的问题以及改进的方向。 再次，结合旭阳煤化工集团实际情况，制定出供应商的交货能力、双方合作， 售前售后服务一级风险指标，其后在综合考虑各项因素的基础上，又细化了二级风 险指标，形成系统的供应商风险评估指标体系，并对其127家供应商进行模糊算法 分析，综合分析旭阳煤化工集团供应商存在的风险。 最后，制定了旭阳煤化工集团供应商风险控制措施，包括风险控制的组织机构 建设、技术风险控制、不同等级供应商风险控制、社会环境风险控制等方面。 关键词：旭阳煤化工；供应商；风险评价；风险控制 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract The coal industry has been playing an important strategic position in the development of China's national economy.
