本文以重庆市合川区东部经济走廊的产业发展为研究背景，通过对产业现状的
分析，发现其中的问题及发展机遇等，并运用相关理论，为重庆市合川区东部经济
走廊的产业发展提出了具有实践意义及可操作性的发展战略
文章采用了“现状、问题、对策”的逻辑结构，按照“提出问题、分析问题、
解决问题”的方法来撰写。从合川区东部经济走廊的产生背景和建设意义出发，以
目前国内外已经存在的相关理论为基础，对合川区东部经济走廊的发展现状和存在
的问题进行了较为全面和深刻的分析。同时从分析合川区东部经济走廊的内外部发
展环境、产业现状、要素保障等方面入手，论证了合川区东部经济走廊产业发展的
优劣势及机遇和挑战，对走廊的发展目标和发展重点进行了合理的定位和规划。最
后，结合走廊的发展目标和重点，安排一些拥有相对发展潜力的产业，将这些重点
产业确立为主导产业并制定有针对性的产业发展方向，提出了保障战略实施的措施
通过以上分析，论文得到的结论是：合川区东部经济走廊产业发展战略是以现
有的产业重心及优势为依托，以发展汽车产业为主，装备制造产业与材料产业并举，
以形成以产业集群为主体的绿色环保可持续发展模式，并就实现走廊的产业发展目
标及重点，从政策体制、规划、资金融资、招商引资、软硬环境建设以及人力资源
等七个方面提出了保障措施及建议

党的十八大报告指出，遵循以信息化调动工业化，并使用工业化去促进信息化，
打造出一个技术占比高、经济收益佳、资源使用少、环境污染小以及人才资源获得
有效展示的新式工业化模式。坚持新形式的工业化模式，是对以前工业发展模式和
指导思想的重大调整，是经济发展方式和社会文明形态的全面转型。推进新型工业
化，不仅是现代工业的规模扩张，更重要的是产业结构的优化升级，是以信息化为
标志的新的技术革命；不光能实现工业经济的整体发展的提高，还能促进所有一、
二以及三产业共同发展，广阔而深刻地对生活所有方面都影响着，进而不断实现现
代化工业文明。
