摘要
稳中求进成为了后疫情时代下,连锁零售企业经营的主旋律,为了企业更好地发展,
我国连锁零售企业必须从源头的商品采购端着手提高企业的核心竞争力。本质上就是使
得企业的供应链拥有更强的的应变能力及风险处理能力,与上游供应商建立更加紧密的
合作更是成为了供应链建设中重要的一环,因而初期的供应商选择问题显得至关重要。
W 连锁零售公司是一家销售生活杂货类产品的连锁零售公司,2014年成立以来快
速扩张,截止至2023年上半年公司拥有145家直营门店。但是由于疫情三年所带来的
经营上的影响及同业态竞争者的大肆扩张导致的市场挤压,W 连锁零售公司如何以超越
单个企业资源所提供的市场表现力来参与竞争,提供优于竞争对手的产品,供应链管
理过程中对供应商的选择方案的优化成为了W 公司亟需解决的重要问题。
本文以W 连锁零售公司供应商选择方案为主要的研究对象,基于连锁零售公司供
应商选择管理理论,聚焦于供应商指标选取与选择方法的研究。首先,通过公司现状分
析梳理了W 公司目前采取的供应商选择流程,分析了公司采取的供应商选择指标的种类、
范围、权重、评估对象与评估方法。其次,通过问卷调查的方式,将调查结果与公司现
状分析结合总结出了目前供应商选择方案中存在诸多问题,包括:选择流程缺乏科学合
理、供应商选择指标体系不完善、供应商选择方法简单、缺乏针对性的供应商分类管理、
过程中的执行与监管不到位等,做出针对性的原因分析。于是优化当前的供应商选择方
案成为必然的选择。通过搭建供应商选择方案流程框架,明确供应商选择方案优化的目
标与原则,运用AHP 法通过专家问卷调查法的方式构建完善的供应商评价指标体系,再
结合TOPSIS 法对改进后的W 公司供应商选择指标体系实现多供应商选择情况下的实际
应用。针对公司后续的供应商管理,提出了更加细化供应商分类管理制度和风险防范机
制,从而为公司在供应商选择方面提供了一套优化方案。
最后,提出能确保优化方案顺利实施的步骤和建议措施。本文主要采用AHP 法和
TOPSIS 法相结合的方法,兼顾了主观性、客观性和易用性三个方面的考量。该综合方法
整体具有较良好且合适的性能表现,不仅为后续的供应商的选择管理工作提供了较好的
支持,更为公司在未来与上游供应商建立更加紧密的合作关系,实现经营的可持续发展
奠定了基础。

Abstract
Seeking progress in stability has become the main theme of chain retail enterprises in the
post-epidemic era,in order to better develop enterprises,China's chain retail enterprises must
start from the source of commodity procurement to improve the core competitiveness of
enterprises.In essence,the supply chain of the enterprise has stronger resilience and risk
handling ability,and the establishment of closer cooperation with upstream suppliers has
become an important part of the supply chain construction.Therefore,the selection of suppliers
in the early stage is very important.
W Chain Retail Company is a chain retail company selling daily grocery products.Since
its establishment in 2014,the company has expanded rapidly.By the first half of 2023,the
company has 145directly operated stores.However,due to the impact of the epidemic on the
operation in the past three years and the market squeeze caused by the aggressive expansion of
competitors in the same business format,how W chain retail companies can compete by
surpassing the market force provided by a single enterprise resource,provide superior products
to competitors,and optimize the selection of suppliers in the process of supply chain
management has become an important issue that W company needs to solve urgently.
This paper takes the supplier selection scheme of W chain retail company as the main
research object,based on the theory of supplier selection management of chain retail company,
focuses on the study of supplier index selection and selection methods.First of all,through the
analysis of the current situation of the company,the current supplier selection process of W
company is sorted out,and the type,scope,weight,evaluation object and evaluation method of
the supplier selection indicators adopted by the company are analyzed.Secondly,by means of
questionnaire survey,combining the survey results with the analysis of the current situation of
the company,it concludes that there are many problems in the current supplier selection scheme,
including:The selection process is not scientific and reasonable,the supplier selection index
system is not perfect,the supplier selection method is simple,the supplier classification
management is not targeted,and the implementation and supervision in the process are not in
place.Therefore,optimizing the current supplier selection scheme becomes an inevitable choice.
By establishing the process framework of supplier selection scheme,the objectives and
principles of optimization of supplier selection scheme are clearly defined,and a perfect
supplier evaluation index system is constructed by AHP through expert questionnaire survey,
and the practical application of the improved supplier selection index system of W company is
realized by combining TOPSIS method in the case of multi-supplier selection.Aiming at the
company's subsequent supplier management,this paper puts forward a more detailed supplier
classification management system and risk prevention mechanism,thus providing a set of
optimization scheme for the company's supplier selection.
Finally,the steps and suggestions to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization
scheme are put forward.This paper mainly adopts the AHP method and TOPSIS method,taking
into account three aspects of subjectivity,objectivity and ease of use.This comprehensive
method has a good and suitable performance as a whole,which not only provides a good support
for the subsequent supplier selection and management,but also lays a foundation for the
company to establish a closer cooperative relationship with upstream suppliers in the future and
achieve sustainable development of business.
