Abstract
With the development of knowledge economy and the rapid development of
economic globalization, science and technology and continuous innovation, the social
environment change rapidly, survival and development of enterprises facing

outstanding performance is: transforming from traditional personnel administrative
management to strategic human resource management. The background of the new
times and fast changing economic environment presents new and higher request to

to those who master the core knowledge (including the capacity and skills), critical
knowledge and special knowledge, the human resources important or key positions in
the enterprise management system of the in, reasonable and effective use of the
