W家电公司库存管理优化策略研究

摘要
库存,是企业立业之根本,承载着企业运行的命脉,同时也是企业的“第三
利润源泉”。近年来,为了面对当前严峻的家电市场竞争和挑战,抢占更多的市
场份额,W家电公司采用提高产成品库存的方式来缩短订单的交付时间,实现了
销售量节节攀升。但长期保持高库存状态,直接导致了库存资金占用量逐年增加,
库存周转率逐年下降,销售利润也随之逐年减少,严重制约了该企业经济效益的
改善和市场竞争能力的提高。因此,优化库存管理,是W家电公司的当务之急。
论文在全面梳理库存管理相关理论的基础上,首先对W家电公司库存管理现
状进行了详细调研,初步摸清该公司建立了库存管理组织机构,确立了库存运作
管理体系,确定了库存管理流程,建立了库存管控信息系统,采用了仓储成本利
润分析方法。其次,经过深入的调研、分析和讨论,论文剖析出W家电公司库存
管理存有的主要问题有:库存管理体系不健全,库存管理成本高,库存管理水平
低,库存信息反馈不及时、上下游库存信息沟通和反馈不畅等五大问题。并探究
了这些问题形成的主要原因。最后,论文借鉴国内外库存管理的成功的经验和作
法,提出了适合该公司库存管理优化的一些有针对性的措施和方法。具体而言,
论文从完善库存管理机制,有效控制库存提高周转率,采用科学经济的库存管理
方法,执行单一的库存管理信息系统,采用VMI库存管理模式等方面提出了该公
司的库存管理优化策略。试图为其建立起一套完善的库存管理优化方案,实现公
司利益最大化,提升公司的整体竞争力。
论文的研究成果正逐步在W家电公司推进落实,并取得了一些初步的成效,
期待这些对策逐步落实后,能对W家电公司的库存管理优化能达到预期的效果。
同时,希望论文研究成果能为其他同类企业库存管理优化提供一些有益的参考和
借鉴。

Abstract
Inventory, is the foundation of an enterprise, bearing the lifeblood of enterprise
operation, and also the "third source of profit". In recent years, in order to face the
current severe competition and challenges in the home appliance market and seize
more market share, w home appliance company adopts the method of improving the
inventory of finished products to shorten the delivery time of orders and realize the
increasing sales volume. However, the long-term high inventory status directly leads
to the increase of inventory capital, the decrease of inventory turnover rate and the
decrease of sales profit, which seriously restricts the improvement of the enterprise's
economic efficiency and market competitiveness. Therefore, optimizing inventory
management is the top priority of W appliance company.
On the basis of comprehensively combing the relevant theories of inventory
management, this paper first makes a detailed investigation on the inventory
management status of W household appliance company, and preliminarily finds out
that the company has established the inventory management organization, established
the inventory operation management system, determined the inventory management
process, established the inventory management and control information system, and
adopted the warehousing cost profit analysis method. Secondly, after in-depth
research, analysis and discussion, the paper analyzes the main problems of W
appliance company's inventory management, including: the inventory management
system is not perfect, the inventory management cost is high, the inventory
management level is low, the inventory information feedback is not timely, the
upstream and downstream inventory information communication and feedback is not
smooth. And explore the main reasons for the formation of these problems. Finally,
the paper draws lessons from the successful experience and practice of inventory
management at home and abroad, and puts forward some targeted measures and

methods suitable for the company's inventory management optimization. Specifically,
the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the company's inventory
management from the aspects of improving the inventory management mechanism,
effectively controlling the inventory, improving the turnover rate, adopting scientific
and economic inventory management methods, implementing a single inventory
management information system, and adopting VMI inventory management mode.
This paper attempts to establish a set of perfect inventory management optimization
scheme for the company to maximize the company's interests and enhance the overall
competitiveness of the company.
The research results of this paper are gradually implemented in W household
appliance company, and some preliminary results have been achieved. It is expected
that the inventory management optimization of W household appliance company can
achieve the expected effect after these countermeasures are gradually implemented. At
the same time, I hope the research results can provide some useful reference for other
similar enterprises.
