新医改实施以来,国家已出台多项措施鼓励社会与民营资本进入医疗市场,通
过市场化竞争机制来打破医疗垄断和提高医疗服务效率,对民营医院管理者来说既
是机遇也是挑战。精细化管理是在科学精准原则上对企业生产过程的每一道生产环
节进行管理,以实现节约资源、降低成本、提高管理效率和企业竞争力的目的。后
勤作为医院管理的核心要素,通过引入精细化管理理念,对提高后勤管理效率、提
升医院综合竞争力、保护财产安全和防范经营风险方面起到了积极作用,更是民营
医院实现现代化企业管理、提高资源利用率、降低经营成本的重要手段。
本文首先明确选题背景、后勤管理重要性和研究意义、方法和内容,阐述了国
内外研究现状,介绍了精细化管理的相关理论;其次,以昆明 K民营医院为例,通
过满意度调查和相关数据对比分析医院后勤管理现状,找出存在主要问题并进行分
析,得出昆明 K民营医院实施后勤精细化管理的必要性。通过设计、实施精细化管
理方案来优化管理路径并形成管理回路。
昆明 K民营医院通过后勤精细化管理方案把后勤管理和科室与个人的切身利
益紧密联系在一起并组成利益共同体,形成有效的反馈、评价和考核机制来规范后
勤管理流程,达到节约成本、提高后勤工作效率、提升患者满意度的初步管理目标,
力争实现昆明 K民营医院管理效益、社会效益和经济效益最大化。最后的研究成果
和研究结论表明精细化管理适用于昆明 K民营医院的后勤管理并具有较强的可操
作性,能为昆明乃至云南区域内民营医院的后勤管理模式提供新思路,为后勤管理
者提供有效的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
Since the implementation of the new medical reform, the state has issued a number
of measures to encourage social and private capital to enter the medical market, through
the market competition mechanism to break the medical monopoly and improve the
efficiency of medical service, for private hospital managers is both an opportunity and a
challenge. Fine management is to manage each production link in the production process
of an enterprise in a scientific and accurate principle, so as to achieve the purpose of
saving resources, reducing costs, improving management efficiency and enterprise
competitiveness. Logistics as a core element of hospital management, by introducing the
elaborating management idea, to improve the efficiency of logistics management,
improve the hospital comprehensive competitiveness, to protect property safety and to
prevent risks has played a positive role, but also private hospitals to realize modern
enterprise management, improve the utilization rate of resources, reduce operating costs.
This paper first defines the background of the topic, the importance and research
significance of logistics management, methods and content, expounds the research status
at home and abroad, and introduces the relevant theories of fine management. Secondly,
taking K Private hospital of Kunming as an example, through the satisfaction survey and
relevant data comparative analysis of the hospital logistics management status, find out
the main problems and analysis of the cause, the importance of K Private hospital of
Kunming to implement logistics refined management. Optimize the management path
and form the management loop by designing and implementing the fine management
scheme.
K Private hospital of Kunming closely combines logistics management with
departments through the implementation of logistics refined management plan, forms
effective feedback, evaluation and assessment mechanism to standardize the logistics
management process, and has achieved the initial management objectives of saving costs,
improving logistics work efficiency and improving patient satisfaction. Strive to

maximize the management benefit, social benefit and economic benefit of K Private
hospital of Kunming. The final research results and conclusions show that fine
management is suitable for the logistics management of K Private hospital of Kunming
and has strong operability, which can provide new thinking for the logistics management
mode of K Private hospital of Kunming and Even Yunnan, and provide effective
reference for logistics managers.
