在当今的大数据时代下，大数据运用悄然改变了传统商业的战略布局，并逐 步将商业智能和管理思想融合一体，为社会的各行各面提升管理水平，提高工作 效率，优化自身结构及扩大社会财富等都发挥着巨大的作用。从我国医院现阶段 的财务管理工作来分析，医院财务管理工作必须结合大数据,建立能够共享数据 的机制和数据化云平台。只有利用新的财务管理方法和先进的大数据技术才能进 一步的提升医院财务管理效果。 论文以ZK医院财务管理为主要研究对象。运用文献研究法，分析了大数据 和财务管理的概念以及两者结合运用的现状。并在理论分析的基础上，运用调查 分析法对ZK医院财务管理的现状进行分析。通过调查医院的各项能力指标、信 息系统、人才管理等，发现ZK医院在固定资产投资、库存管理、数据采集、信 息系统和人才管理方面存在的问题，之后结合大数据背景对医院提出创新措施。 利用数据建立新的固定资产效益分析体系，完善库存管理制度，优化数据采集方 式，然后通过对系统的进一步更新，不需要再去派专人审核人工单据，传递工作 也变得智能化，系统将自动接收审核结果，解放大部分财务人力，使人力成本大 幅度降低。通过大数据云平台对医院的财务数据与非财务数据进行整理融合，消 除日常管理时信息传递的种种困难，减少由于数据错误而导致返工情况发生，保 证数据传递的准确性和及时性，从而提高财务管理效率。以期ZK医院能在当今 信息化时代高速推进的浪潮中，充分运用大数据，为医院的进一步发展带来收益。 关键词：财务管理，大数据，医院信息系统，云平台 Abstract Intoday'sbigdataera,Theuseofbigdatahasquietlychangedthestrategic layoutoftraditionalbusiness,andgraduallyintegratebusinessintelligenceand managementideas.Itplaysanimportantroleinimprovingthemanagementlevel, improvingworkefficiency,optimizingitsownstructureandexpandingsocialwealth.
