数字普惠金融最早出现在 2016年 6月的《G20数字普惠金融高级原则》中,近
几年,数字普惠金融的发展不仅刺激了每个家庭的收入与消费,而且拉近了居民与各
类数字金融产品的距离,节约了交易成本与时间,与此同时数字普惠金融的发展对居
民接受新鲜事物、使用创新型数字产品的能力提出了新的要求。目前国内外对数字普
惠金融的影响研究大多集中在银行等金融机构、中小企业和家庭金融资产配置等领
域,关于家庭商业保险需求受数字普惠金融发展影响的研究较少。基于此,本文主要
通过对数字普惠金融和居民家庭商业保险需求的研究,全面探讨数字普惠金融对居民
家庭商业保险需求的影响,有利于对数字普惠金融相关理论的扩充提供一定的帮助。
本文首先基于国内外研究动态阐述了数字普惠金融、商业保险需求的相关概念,
介绍了相关的理论基础,数字普惠金融发展及其对居民家庭商业保险需求影响现状;
其次基于相关理论基础提出相关作用机制及六个研究假说;然后本文基于 2018年北
京大学数字普惠金融指数、中国家庭追踪调查 (CFPS)两个区县级数据库进行实证分
析,使用 Probit模型分析数字普惠金融对居民家庭商业保险需求的影响后,通过逐步
检验回归与 Sobel检验验证中介效应及研究假说的准确性,此外本文采用 IVProbit模
型分析解释变量的内生性问题,构建 Tobit与 IVTobit模型对回归结果的稳健性进行检
验,并基于已有数据对我国居民家庭商业保险需求进行城乡异质性和省级地区异质性
分析。
最终,基于实证结果得出了数字普惠金融对居民家庭保险需求的促进作用存在收
入效应、消费效应、渠道效应、“数字鸿沟”效应四个中介效应,而且发现数字普惠金
融对居民家庭商业保险的这种促进作用存在城乡异质性和省级区域异质性,即数字普
惠金融对农村居民家庭商业保险需求的促进作用大于城镇居民家庭,对各地区的促进
作用由高到低为:西、中、东部地区等结论,并从政府部门、保险机构、居民个人三
个角度提出相关建议。

ABSTRACT
Digital inclusive finance first appeared in G20 Advanced Principles of Digital
Inclusive Finance in June 2016. In recent years, the development of digital inclusive
finance not only stimulates the income and consumption of each family, but also reduces
the distance between residents and various digital financial products, saving transaction
costs and time. At the same time, the progress of digital inclusive finance has come up
with new requirements on the capacity of inhabitants to take in novelty and use innovative
digital products.
At present, most studies on the impact of digital inclusive finance at home and abroad
focus on financial institutions such as banks, small and medium-sized enterprises and
household financial asset allocation, and there are few studies on the impact of the
development of digital inclusive finance on the demand for family commercial insurance.
Based on this, this paper mainly studies digital inclusive finance and household commercial
insurance needs, and comprehensively discusses the influence of digital inclusive finance
on household commercial insurance needs, which is conducive to the expansion of relevant
theories of digital inclusive finance.
Firstly,this paper expounds the relevant concepts of digital inclusive finance and
commercial insurance demand, introduces the relevant theoretical basis, development status
and existing problems of digital inclusive finance and China's commercial insurance
industry. Secondly, this paper proposes the mechanism of digital inclusive finance on the
demand of household commercial insurance and six research hypotheses. Then, this article
is based on 2018 Beijing university pratt &whitney financial index, the Chinese family
tracking (CFPS) two access database for the empirical analysis, using Probit model analysis
pratt &whitney financial impact on households commercial insurance demand, after
inspection step by step regression and Sobel test to verify the exactness of the intermediary
effect and research hypothesis, In addition, IVProbit model was used to analyze the
endogenous problems, Tobit and IVTobit models were constructed to test the robustness of
the regression results, and urban-rural heterogeneity and provincial heterogeneity were
analyzed based on the existing data of China's household commercial insurance demand.
In the end, based on the empirical results it is concluded that the digital pratt &whitney
