Abstract
With the change of the market environment, the competition in China's
construction industry is becoming more and more fierce. In the face of transformation,
state-owned construction enterprises need to constantly establish and expand their core
competitive advantages. By establishing a suitable performance appraisal mechanism,
enterprises can improve employees' enthusiasm for work, increase their sense of
identity to the enterprise, and make the enterprise develop healthily. As the basic staff
of the construction enterprise, the effective management of the construction
management personnel can improve the work initiative of the employees and
maximize the benefits of the enterprise.
In this paper, the state-owned construction enterprise T company as the research
object, through questionnaire survey and other methods, combined with incentive
theory and other relevant theories, T company construction management personnel
performance appraisal status investigation. It is found that the following problems exist
in the performance appraisal of construction managers, such as insufficient incentive
effect of performance appraisal, unscientific performance appraisal method and
employees' disapproval of the results of performance appraisal. Through the T
company construction management personnel performance management perform
causal analysis of existing problems, puts forward the relevant personnel performance
appraisal optimization scheme, the performance evaluation indicators, content, cycle,
performance feedback and application of optimized result, at the same time of T
company's culture, organization, system guarantee measures are put forward.
