摘
要
随着科技的进步和经济的迅速发展,企业之间的竞争也在日益加剧,现在越来越多
的企业逐渐意识到,人才是企业的生存和发展的关键,企业与企业之间的竞争归根结底
其实是人才的竞争,因此,企业要重视人才、广纳人才和培养人才。为了提高企业员工
的工作能力和素质,企业除了直接聘请高学历高能力的员工外,还要针对企业现有的员
工进行科学合理的培训。本文通过典型案例揭示了 YTE公司当前的培训问题及其危害,
以培训相关理论为基础,结合企业特征进行分析,设计问卷、广泛调查,分析出关键原
因并进行深入分析,最后结合相关理论指导与案例企业的实际情况,设计有针对性的改
进对策。
当前 YTE公司存在新员工角色转换缓慢、能力与岗位不匹配现象、关键工作效率
低下以及员工成长速度缓慢等员工培训管理问题,本文运用文献研究法、问卷调查法以
及实地观察法对 YTE公司目前的员工培训体系及管理进行调查研究,全面深入地分析
了 YTE公司培训管理体系所存在的不足之处,分析出其原因有“培训需求调查不全面、
培训计划制定不科学、培训课程设计缺乏系统性与针对性、培训师资力量不够强以及培
训效果评估不到位”等问题,并在此基础上利用理论结合实践的方式,从培训需求分析、
培训计划制定、培训课程设计、培训师资体系以及培训效果评估等五个方面对 YTE公
司提出全面培训管理体系改进,并通过公司管理层的重视、营造学习型组织理念、合理
的激励制度保障以及增强培训课程管理来确保 YTE公司培训管理的改进方案能够有效
实施,最终使 YTE公司的员工培训效果得到明显改善,使员工与企业共赢,实现共同
发展。
本文的研究思路和方法还可以对类似的国内大型企业培训体系构建、培训管理改进
等方面起到指导与借鉴意义,在避免了企业员工培训内容不实用、培训效率低等问题的
同时,也为企业培养出更多优秀的人才,最终使企业的人力资源核心竞争力得以不断提
升,全面提高企业的竞争力。

YTE公司员工培训管理体系改进研究
Research on YTE Company Training Management System Improvement
Abstract
With the development of technology and economy, the enterprises are getting competitive,
more and more enterprises come to realize that talents are the key to enterprise survival and
development, ultimately the competition between enterprises are the competition of talent, so
the enterprise should value talents, recruit talents and cultivate talents. For improving the
working ability and quality of employees, enterprise should train their existing employees
scientifically besides hiring employees with high education and capability directly. This article
through the typical cases disclosed current training issues of YTE company, based on relevant
training theories and the enterprise characteristics to analyze the training issues, questionnaire
design, extensive investigation and analyze the key reason, according to relevant theories and
the status quo of the company to design the targeted improvement countermeasures.
Current training program of YET company suffered from several problems, such as slow
role transition among newcomers, mismatch between employees' abilities and their positions,
low task efficiency and slow improvement of ability etc. This article use data studies,
questionnaires and field observation, investigate current employees training system and
management of YTE company, in-depth analyze the shortcomings of training management
system in YTE company, found incomplete training needs investigation, unscientific training
plan formulation, shortage of instructors and inadequate training effect evaluation are the
problems, combine theory with practice, based on training need analysis, training plan
formulation, training courses design, instructors training system and training effect evaluation
five aspects to optimize the training management system for YTE company, through being paid
attention by company management, build up learning organization theory, reasonable incentive
system guarantee and enhance training course management to ensure the improvement program
could be implemented effectively, significantly improve the employee’s training effect for YTE
company, make the employee & enterprise win-win.
The research design and method of this article with instructive and referential significance
for similar large domestic enterprises to build their training system and training management
improvement, it’s not only prevented training content unpractical & low training efficiency
issue, but also cultivate more talents for enterprises, continuously improve enterprise’s core
competitiveness of human resources, all-round improve the enterprise competitiveness.
