物业公司在为客户提供餐饮、住宿等服务的同时,不断的拓展经营管理的范 围,在物业公司市场拓展的过程中获得必要的经济收益,公司自身服务能力和竞 争力的高低,直接影响到物业公司经济发展的状况,因此对物业公司自身发展状 况的研究,具备很大的价值。员工是物业公司健康发展的重要内部因素,员工能 力和素质高低的状况,会对物业公司服务能力情况产生很明显的影响。恒兴物业 公司在同行业物业公司中占据重要地位,公司自成立以来,始终坚持为客户提供 优质的产品和服务,为公司赢得了良好的口碑。近年来在恒兴物业公司持续发展 的过程中,公司的经济效益也不断提升,员工能力和素质是促使公司竞争力和创 造力提升的重要因素,公司为保障员工适应工作岗位的需求,会强化对员工的培 训工作,促使全体员工参与到培训活动中,更好的提升员工的素质和能力,不断 为客户提供优质产品和服务。通过对员工的培训活动,可以提升恒兴物业公司内 部创造力,提升公司在同行业竞争中的优势,实现物业公司的健康稳定发展。 恒兴物业公司对员工进行的培训活动,在内部环境改善的情况下,促使公司 整体经济效益得到有效的提升,但不可忽视的是员工培训的实际成效不高,使得 公司经济效益增长较为缓慢。这表明恒兴物业公司员工培训中存在着一定的问 题,具体体现为员工培训需求分析不足、培训时间不足、培训缺乏针对性、缺乏 职业发展规划和培训评估不足;进而对其进行原因的分析,具体包括培训组织机 构设置不合理、目标不科学、方法单一、讲师队伍能力不高和反馈不足。 鉴于恒兴物业公司员工培训的现状和问题,为改进和完善员工培训的体系, 针对员工培训的需求,对培训进行规划设计并进行效果评估。为保障恒兴物业公 司员工培训的效果,提出促进员工培训进行的对策措施,具体体现为:健全具有 特色的全员培训制度、调整企业培训计划、完善培训流程和反馈体系、强化师资 队伍建设、建立科学的评估奖惩体系。物业公司员工培训是一项系统的工程,为 促进物业公司经济效益的有效提升,需要强化对员工培训工作的关注,对员工培 训进行系统的规划设计,思考促进员工培训有效进行的途径,不断寻求提升员工 培训效果和公司经济收益的措施对策。 本文的主要创新在于对恒兴物业公司员工培训计划的设计,在分析公司员工 培训问题和原因的基础上,针对新老员工发放调查问卷,了解他们培训意见的基 本情况,为员工培训计划制定提供必要的基础,更好地利用培训计划推动员工培 训工作的有序进行,发挥对员工培训的积极作用。 关键词:物业公司;员工培训;培训体系;优化措施 II Abstract While providing catering, accommodation and other services for customers, property companies continue to expand the scope of business management, obtain necessary economic benefits in the process of market expansion. The level of service ability and competitiveness of the company directly affects the economic development of property companies. Therefore, the research on the development of property companies has great value. Staff is an important internal factor for the healthy development of the property company. The level of staff's ability and quality will have a significant impact on the service ability of the property company. Hengxing property company plays an important role in the property companies of the same industry. Since its establishment, the company has always insisted on providing customers with high-quality products and services, and won a good reputation for the company. In recent years, in the process of the continuous development of Hengxing property company, the company's economic benefits have been constantly improved. The ability and quality of employees are important factors to promote the competitiveness and creativity of the company. In order to ensure that employees adapt to the needs of their jobs, the company will strengthen the training of employees, promote all employees to participate in the training activities, and better improve the quality and ability of employees And constantly provide customers with high-quality products and services. Through the training activities for employees, we can enhance the internal creativity of Hengxing property company, enhance its advantages in the competition of the same industry, and realize the healthy and stable development of the property company. The training activities carried out by Hengxing property company for its employees, under the condition of improving the internal environment, promote the overall economic benefits of the company to be effectively improved, but it can not be ignored that the actual effect of employee training is not high, which makes the economic benefits of the company grow slowly. This shows that there are some problems in the staff training of Hengxing property company, which are embodied in the lack of staff training demand analysis, insufficient training time, lack of pertinence, lack of career development planning and training evaluation; and then the reasons are analyzed, including unreasonable training organization, unscientific objectives, single methods, and lack of capacity of lecturer team High and insufficient feedback. III In view of the current situation and problems of staff training in Hengxing property company, in order to improve and perfect the system of staff training, the training is planned and designed and the effect is evaluated according to the needs of staff training. In order to ensure the effect of staff training in Hengxing property company, this paper puts forward countermeasures to promote staff training, which are embodied in: improving the characteristic training system for all staff, adjusting the training plan of the enterprise, improving the training process and feedback system, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, and establishing a scientific evaluation, reward and punishment system. The staff training of property company is a systematic project. In order to improve the economic benefits of property company, we need to pay more attention to the staff training, plan and design the staff training systematically, think about the ways to promote the effective staff training, and constantly seek the measures to improve the staff training effect and the company's economic benefits. The main innovation of this paper is to design the employee training plan of Hengxing property company. On the basis of analyzing the problems and causes of the company's employee training, we will issue questionnaires to new and old employees to understand the basic situation of their training opinions, provide the necessary basis for the formulation of employee training plan, make better use of the training plan to promote the orderly progress of employee training, and give full play to the employees The positive role of job training.
