随着企业的发展和经济环境的变化,企业的管理方式会随着上述情况的变化而不断 的向专业化、科学化、制度化发展。在企业发展过程中员工的整体素质水平对企业核心 竞争力的重要性越来越显著,也越来越受到企业管理人员的重视。为了提高企业员工的 整体素质水平和培训管理科学性,企业管理者们通过制度化手段建立员工培训体系来对 员工培训进行管理。但企业培训管理的水平又会受到培训体系是否科学的制约,因此如 何建立科学的培训体系,如何不断完善企业培训体系存在的问题成为企业培训管理研究 的重点。 本文以广西SH陶瓷集团生产线员工的培训管理为案例,在深入了解生产线员工的 培训体系的基础上;通过员工培训态度调查和培训与生产数据分析提出企业培训管理存 在的问题;结合企业实际情况提出培训管理的改善方案。 关键词:培训管理;培训需求理论;培训评估理论 II RESEARCHONTRAININGANDMANAGEMENT OFPRODUCTIONLINESTAFF INGUANGXISHCERAMICSGROUP ABSTRACT Withthedevelopmentoftheenterpriseandthechangeoftheeconomicenvironment,the managementmodeoftheenterprisewillcontinuetoprofessional,scientificand institutionalizeddevelopmentwiththechangeoftheabovesituation.Intheprocessof enterprisedevelopment,theoverallqualityofemployeesismoreandmoreimportanttothe corecompetitivenessofenterprises,andmoreandmoreattentionbyenterprisemanagers.In ordertoimprovetheoverallqualityofemployeesandthescientificnatureoftraining management,enterprisemanagersestablishthestafftrainingsystemtomanagethestaff trainingbymeansofinstitutionalization.However,thelevelofenterprisetraining managementwillberestrictedbywhetherthetrainingsystemisscientificornot,sohowto establishascientifictrainingsystemandhowtocontinuouslyimprovetheproblemsinthe enterprisetrainingsystemhasbecomethefocusofenterprisetrainingmanagementresearch. ThispapertakesthetrainingandmanagementofproductionlinestaffofguangxiSH ceramicsgroupasacasestudy,onthebasisofin-depthunderstandingofthetrainingsystem ofproductionlinestaff;Theproblemsofenterprisetrainingmanagementareputforward throughthesurveyofemployeetrainingattitudeandtheanalysisoftrainingandproduction data.Accordingtotheactualsituationoftheenterprise,putforwardtheimprovementplanof trainingmanagement.
