摘要 今天中国日化行业已经进入成熟期，外资品牌开始向低端市场扩散，民族品牌也 在向高端市场蔓延，竞争异常激烈，消费者选择商品也变得更加成熟理性，企业要想 在这竞争激烈的环境中生存并持续发展，必须拥有自己的核心竞争力。供应链计划不 仅是供应链连接销售大前端的纽带，也是整个供应链运作的指挥中枢，由于计划的“多 目标”、“多层次”、“多约束”、“时间性”，加上“需求不确定”、“市场多变”等特征，使 得计划工作非常复杂，很难用手工在有限时间内排出最优的计划，并快速地下达运作 指令，以最经济的方式满足市场需求。LB公司通过引入了APS系统，对整个供应链 计划业务整合优化，建立高效的供应链计划模型，提高业务运作的效率。 本论文首先对APS理论基础进行研究，介绍了APS系统在制定生产计划过程中的 优势以及制定方法，然后对目前主生产计划的现状研究分析，提出了柔性生产计划的 概念以及主生产计划编制原则。其次，通过对LB公司主生产计划的业务现状进行深入 了解，提出了LB公司制定主生产计划存在的问题，并针对存在的问题，根据实际数据 找出问题产生的原因，并运用生产计划、APS理论及主生产计划理论知识进行分析研 究，提出了解决、优化方案。首先对于需求原数据缺乏管理的问题，通过对需求数据 的分析及需求订单的分类，使需求数据有明细的优先级次序分类，为主生产计划的制 定提供策略，最大化的保障客户的需求，提升服务客户的质量。其次，采用柔性生产 计划的方案可以保障主生产计划的正常执行以及应变能力，减少主生产计划变动的所 带来的不良影响。最后，对于缺乏详细主生产计划的问题，结合了实际生产情况，分 析影响制定主生产计划的各类因素，通过APS系统固化排产逻辑，从而计算输出主生 产计划方案并指导生产计划的实施，解决了详细主生产计划的问题。 本论文的优化设计方案，期望能够成为LB公司实践的依据和参考，为公司在计划 制定的效率以及计划执行稳定性方面有所提升。 关键字：生产计划；APS；计划模型 I 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Today, China's daily chemical industry has entered a mature period, foreign brands have penetrated into the low-end market, national brands have developed into the high-end market, competition is extremely fierce, and consumers have become more mature and rational in choosing products. Supply chain planning is not only the link between the supply chain and the front end of sales, but also the command center of the entire supply chain operation. It is difficult to manually discharge the optimal plan within a limited time and quickly issue operating instructions to meet market demand in the most economical way. By introducing the APS system, LB Company integrated and optimized the entire supply chain planning business, established an efficient supply chain planning model, and improved the efficiency of business operations. This thesis first studies the theoretical basis of APS, introduces the advantages and methods of the APS system in the process of formulating production plans, and then analyzes the current status of the main production plan, and proposes the concept of flexible production plans and the principles of preparation of the main production plan. Secondly, through an in-depth understanding of the business status of the LB company’s main production plan, the problems of the LB company ’s main production plan are proposed, and for the existing problems, the cause of the problem is found based on actual data, and the production plan and APS Theories and theoretical knowledge of the main production plan are analyzed and researched, and solutions and optimization schemes are proposed. First of all, regarding the lack of management of demand source data, through the analysis of demand data and the classification of demand orders, the demand data has a detailed priority order classification, which provides strategies for the formulation of the main production plan and maximizes the protection of customer needs.
