改革开放四十年来,中国的经济发展日新月异,伴随着城市化进程的加快,建筑业 迎来了蓬勃发展的历史机遇,建筑劳务行业也随之兴起和发展。如今面对建筑业的调整 升级,一直以来管理混乱、缺乏核心竞争力的建筑劳务企业在市场中普遍处于弱势地位, 面临着外部竞争和内部管理的双重挑战。尤其对小型建筑劳务企业而言,巨大的产业变 革甚至会来带企业经营困难,濒临倒闭,具有二次创业的紧迫性和必要性。 本文的研究对象JFD建筑劳务公司是广西南宁市的一家小型建筑劳务公司。本文首 先使用PEST分析法分析了JFD建筑劳务公司的外部宏观环境,运用波特五力模型分析 JFD建筑劳务公司的行业环境,并运用战略群体图、竞争态势分析等战略分析工具,对 JFD建筑劳务公司的微观环境展开分析;阐述JFD建筑劳务公司首次创业的情况和现状, 通过建立EFE模型、IFE模型和SWOT分析JFD建筑劳务公司所面临的的机会、威胁、优 势和劣势,从客观的分析中选择适合JFD建筑劳务公司的二次创业战略,制定符合其特 点的人力资源、品牌、竞争和合作等战略,并提出具体的战略实施策略。 本文的研究从JFD建筑劳务公司的实际现状出发,力求为公司的二次创业提供可借 鉴的战略规划,使公司尽快摆脱经营和发展的困境。 关键词:建筑劳务公司;二次创业;战略管理 II STUDYONTHESECONDBUSINESSSTRATEGYOF JFDCONSTRUCTIONLABORCOMPANY ABSTRACT Inthe40yearssincethereformandopeningup,China'seconomicdevelopmenthas changedrapidly.Withtheaccelerationofurbanization,theconstructionindustryhasushered inahistoricalopportunityofvigorousdevelopment,andtheconstructionlaborservice industryhasalsorisenanddeveloped.Nowadays,inthefaceoftheadjustmentandupgrading oftheconstructionindustry,constructionlaborcompaniesthathavealwayshadchaotic managementandlackedcorecompetitivenessaregenerallyinaweakpositioninthemarket, facingthedualchallengesofexternalcompetitionandinternalmanagement.Especiallyfor smallconstructionlaborcompanies,hugeindustrialchangeswillevenbringbusiness difficulties,andtheyareonthevergeofbankruptcy.Thishastheurgencyandnecessityof secondentrepreneurship. JFDconstructionlaborcompanyisasmallconstructionservicecompanyinNanning, Guangxi.Firstly,thisthesisanalyzestheexternalmacroenvironmentofJFDconstruction laborcompanybyPESTanalysis,analyzestheindustryenvironmentofJFDconstruction laborcompanybyPorter'sfiveforcesmodel,andanalyzesthemicroenvironmentofJFD constructionlaborcompanybystrategicanalysistoolssuchasstrategicgroupdiagramand competitivesituationanalysis;expoundstheJFDconstructionlaborcompany'sfirststart-up currentsituation,throughtheestablishmentofEFEmodel,IFEmodelandSWOTareusedto analyzetheopportunities,threats,strengthsandweaknessesthatJFDconstructionlabor companyisfacing. Fromtheobjectiveanalysis,wecanchoosethesecondentrepreneurialstrategysuitable forJFDconstructionlaborcompany,formulatethestrategiesofhumanresources,brand, competitionandcooperationthatareinlinewithitscharacteristics,andputforwardthe specificstrategyimplementationstrategies. TheresearchinthisthesisisbasedontheactualstatusofJFDconstructionlabor company,andstrivestoprovidethecompanywithareferencestrategicplanforthesecond III venture,sothatthecompanycangetridofthepredicamentofoperationanddevelopmentas soonaspossible.
