改革开放四十年来，中国的经济发展日新月异，伴随着城市化进程的加快，建筑业 迎来了蓬勃发展的历史机遇，建筑劳务行业也随之兴起和发展。如今面对建筑业的调整 升级，一直以来管理混乱、缺乏核心竞争力的建筑劳务企业在市场中普遍处于弱势地位， 面临着外部竞争和内部管理的双重挑战。尤其对小型建筑劳务企业而言，巨大的产业变 革甚至会来带企业经营困难，濒临倒闭，具有二次创业的紧迫性和必要性。 本文的研究对象JFD建筑劳务公司是广西南宁市的一家小型建筑劳务公司。本文首 先使用PEST分析法分析了JFD建筑劳务公司的外部宏观环境，运用波特五力模型分析 JFD建筑劳务公司的行业环境，并运用战略群体图、竞争态势分析等战略分析工具，对 JFD建筑劳务公司的微观环境展开分析；阐述JFD建筑劳务公司首次创业的情况和现状， 通过建立EFE模型、IFE模型和SWOT分析JFD建筑劳务公司所面临的的机会、威胁、优 势和劣势，从客观的分析中选择适合JFD建筑劳务公司的二次创业战略，制定符合其特 点的人力资源、品牌、竞争和合作等战略，并提出具体的战略实施策略。 本文的研究从JFD建筑劳务公司的实际现状出发，力求为公司的二次创业提供可借 鉴的战略规划，使公司尽快摆脱经营和发展的困境。 关键词：建筑劳务公司；二次创业；战略管理 II STUDYONTHESECONDBUSINESSSTRATEGYOF JFDCONSTRUCTIONLABORCOMPANY ABSTRACT Inthe40yearssincethereformandopeningup,China'seconomicdevelopmenthas changedrapidly.Withtheaccelerationofurbanization,theconstructionindustryhasushered inahistoricalopportunityofvigorousdevelopment,andtheconstructionlaborservice industryhasalsorisenanddeveloped.Nowadays,inthefaceoftheadjustmentandupgrading oftheconstructionindustry,constructionlaborcompaniesthathavealwayshadchaotic managementandlackedcorecompetitivenessaregenerallyinaweakpositioninthemarket, facingthedualchallengesofexternalcompetitionandinternalmanagement.Especiallyfor smallconstructionlaborcompanies,hugeindustrialchangeswillevenbringbusiness difficulties,andtheyareonthevergeofbankruptcy.Thishastheurgencyandnecessityof secondentrepreneurship.
