Study on Development Strategy of Ningbo Lulu Visual Technology Company With the deepening of China's economic system reform, high-tech enterprises have experienced unprecedented rapid development in recent years. At present, as an important component of the market economy, high-tech enterprises must follow the rules of market in all their production and business activities. This means that high-tech enterprises can no longer rely entirely on the support and protection of state policies. But must grow and grow on their own in the fierce market development. As we all know, the science of development strategy often determines the success or failure of an enterprise. IV In the course of the research, in order to study the subject more rigorously, this paper used the literature research and case study method, starting from the current conditions of Ningbo Lulu Video Communication Company, based on the theory research of strategic management. This paper analyzes and summarizes the internal and external environment of the company and the development strategy of company by using Porter's five-force model and PEST. At the same time, by analyzing the macro environment and the industry environment of the software video conference market, the paper discusses the breakthrough point of the development strategy of the enterprise, and clarifies the strategic goal based on the related theory of the enterprise strategic management. Integrated strategic capital source, choose the strategic path, and then determine the strategic positioning of the enterprise, strategic objectives, the development of market segmentation and customer satisfaction as the center of marketing development strategy. To establish a development strategy based on Internet thinking, strengthen the strategic management of enterprises, and finally formulate development strategies and implement strategic measures. To provide ideas for the development strategy of the same type of enterprises
