I 摘要 互联网的不断普及和电子商务市场规模的持续扩大,推动第三方支付市场获 得快速发展,并日益成为我国支付市场的重要组成部分。但与欧美等发达国家相 比,我国第三方支付市场的发展时间仍较短,相关法律法规的出台仍滞后于第三 方支付市场的发展,使得在第三方支付市场发展的弊端不断暴露,金融风险加速 累积。为了规范市场行为,防范和化解金融风险,促进第三方支付市场健康有序 发展。从2016年开始针对第三方支付市场监管的一系列政策措施密集出台,监管 力度不断加码,市场竞争也日趋白热化。如何在竞争日趋激烈的第三方支付市场 中成功实现突围,成为当前各第三方支付公司管理层亟待破解的重要问题。 在此背景下,本文以X支付公司为研究对象,首先,对公司发展现状及面临 的挑战进行系统梳理和深入分析;其次,运用PEST、SWOT等战略分析工具,对 公司发展的内外部环及优势和劣势进行诊断与辨识;在此基础上对X支付公司未 来发展战略进行分析,为破解公司当前发展困境,在竞争日益激烈的第三方支付 市场中成功实现突围提供决策参考。本文的主要研究内容包括:首先,对第三方 支付相关的研究文献进行回顾,并在此基础上对第三方支付及发展战略相关概念、 内容等进行阐释,为后面的研究提供理论基础和理论参考;其次,在对X支付公 司经营现状和面临的挑战进行分析的基础上,从宏观、行业和公司三个层面分析 公司的发展环境;最后,基于以上的研究结论,从战略目标制定、战略施行、战 略保障等方面对公司发展战略进行分析。本文研究的结论不仅对X支付公司未来 发展具有重要的实践指导价值,也为同行业及相关行业企业的创新发展提供借鉴。 关键词:第三方支付;新监管政策;发展战略;X支付公司 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT With the continuous popularization of the Internet and the expansion of the scale of e-commerce market, the third-party payment market has achieved a rapid development, and has increasingly become an important part of China's payment market. However, compared with developed countries such as Europe and the United States, the development time of the third-party payment market in China is still relatively short, and the introduction of relevant laws and regulations still lags behind the development of the third-party payment market, which makes the disadvantages of the development of the third-party payment market constantly exposed, and the financial risks accelerate to accumulate. In order to regulating the development environment of market, promote the healthy and orderly development of third-party payment, and prevent and resolve financial risks. Since 2016, a series of policies and measures for the supervision of the third-party payment market have been issued intensively, and the supervision efforts have been increasing, and the market competition has become increasingly fierce. How to successfully breakthrough in the increasingly competitive third-party payment market has become an important issue to be solved by the management of the current third-party payment companies. Under this context, this paper takes X payment company as the research object. Firstly, conducting a systematic review and in-depth analysis of the company's development status and challenges; secondly, using PEST, SWOT and other strategic analysis tools to diagnose and identify the internal and external environment of the company's development and the advantages and disadvantages it facing. Basing on this, the future development strategy of X Payment Company is formulated to provide decision-making reference for solving the current development dilemma and successfully achieving breakthrough in the increasingly competitive third-party payment market. The main research contents of this paper include: Firstly, review the research literature related to the third party payment, and on this basis, explain the related concepts and contents of the third party payment and development strategy, so as to provide theoretical basis and theoretical reference for the later research; Secondly, based on the analysis of the current situation and challenges of the company, this paper analyzes the development environment of the company from three levels: macro level, ABSTRACT III industry level and company level;Finally, basing on the above research conclusions, this paper analyzes the development strategy of the company from the aspects of strategic objectives, strategic choice and strategic guarantee. The conclusions of this article not only have important practical guiding value for the development of X payment companies, but also provide reference for the innovation development of companies in the same industry and related industries.
