I 摘要 自中国共产党召开十九大之后,我国的经济发展已由追求高速增长转变为 追求高质量发展,我国的经济发展模式也已从高速度的发展模式转变为高质量 的发展模式。在新的历史时期,对于保险行业来说,是机遇,也是挑战。一方 面,保险业新“国十条”打开了保险业新发展的大门;中央1号文件《关于坚持 农业农村优先发展做好“三农”工作的若干意见》将会使农业保险迎来巨大的发 展机会;居民保险意识的提高,促进了居民对保险的需求;国民收入提高、恩 格尔系数降低、居民受教育程度不断提升;以及网络电商的迅猛发展,为保险 业的发展开拓了新的发展模式。另一方面,我国保险市场的监管力度进一步加 强以及保险市场的进一步对外开放;经济发展速度放缓;车险市场环境恶劣, 成本居高不下,市场竞争激烈;消费者对保险公司的专业性及服务性要求不断 提高;保险产品缺乏创新意识,同质化问题严重;车险业务费用投入及赔付率 不断上升;财产险业务竞争日趋激烈,保险公司的经营面临着严峻挑战。在这 样的经济环境下,保险公司必须调整自己的经营模式,制定并选择适合自己的 发展路径,制定适合自身发展的发展战略,提升自身的核心竞争力。 J财产保险公司云南分公司是一家总部位于四川成都,100%国有控股财产 保险公司的第六家省外分公司,于2017年9月成立。在云南分公司经营不到三 年的时间里,虽然保费收入逐年稳步增长,在云南财产保险市场上取得了一定 的成绩,但是在经营过程中也体现出因没有战略发展规划而导致的不足,如: 业务发展结构及渠道单一;规模指标未达到预算目标要求;非车险业务、农业 保险业务还未取得实质性突破;人员引进、业务拓展困难;除车辆保险外的其 他财产保险发展缓慢及车险业务结构不合理导致赔付率居高不下等诸多问题。 在新时代发展背景要求下,J财产保险公司云南分公司怎样利用自身的优势, 克服劣势,充分利用发展机会及规避威胁,制定适合自身发展需要的发展战略 极其重要。 本研究通过对国内外关于保险公司发展战略的研究做了深入的学习与借鉴, 对J财产保险公司云南分公司的内部条件以及外部环境进行分析,研究并梳理 J财产保险公司云南分公司自身的优势与劣势,运用SWOT分析方法分析J财 摘要 II 产保险公司云南分公司在发展中所面临的机遇与挑战,进而明确J财产保险公 司云南分公司在今后发展中的战略定位与发展目标,最终提出J财产保险公司 云南分公司今后发展战略选择的基本思路,并提出相应的保障措施,为J财产 保险公司云南分公司的健康发展制定行动指南。 关键词:新时代;财产保险;发展战略 Abstract I ABSTRACT Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's economic development has changed from pursuing high-speed growth to pursuing high-quality development. China's economic development model has also changed from a high-speed development model to a high-quality development model. In the new historical period, for the insurance industry, it is an opportunity and a challenge. On the one hand, the new “National Ten Articles” of the insurance industry has opened the door to the new development of the insurance industry. The Central Committee’s No. 1 document, “Some opinions on adhering to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas and doing a good job in “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, will make agricultural insurance ushered in a huge development opportunities. The improvement of residents' insurance awareness has promoted the demand for insurance for residents. The national income has increased, the Engel coefficient has decreased, and the education level of residents has been continuously improved. And the rapid development of network e-commerce has opened up new development models for the development of the insurance industry. On the other hand, the auto insurance market environment is harsh. The high cost, fierce market competition, and consumers are increasingly demanding the professionalism and service requirements of insurance companies. Together with the problem of product homogeneity is serious, lack of innovation awareness, auto insurance business expenses and claims ratio are rising, and property insurance business competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Plus the market Supervision has been further strengthened, insurance companies face serious challenges. In such an environment, insurance companies must adjust their business models, develop and choose their own development path, make a suitable development strategy and enhance their core competitiveness. This present research is based on the Yunnan Branch of the J Property Insurance Company. The company is a sixth provincial branch of the 100% state-owned Abstract II property insurance company headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, which was established in September 2017. In the less than three years of operation of Yunnan Branch, although the premium income has increased steadily year by year, the company has achieved certain results in the Yunnan property insurance market. But in the course of its operation, it also shows the shortcomings caused by the lack of strategic development planning. Such as: business development structure and channel monotonous, scale indicators have not met the budget target requirements, non-auto insurance business, agricultural insurance business has not yet achieved substantial breakthroughs, personnel introduction, business development difficulties, the development of other property insurance, in addition to vehicle insurance, is slow and the structure of the auto insurance business is unreasonable, resulting in high claims and other issues. Under the background of the development of the new era, how the Yunnan Branch of J Property Insurance Company can use its own advantages to overcome disadvantages, make full use of development opportunities and avoid threats, and develop a development strategy that suits its own development needs is extremely important. This study has made in-depth study on the development strategy of insurance companies at home and abroad. Through the analysis of the internal conditions and external environment of the Yunnan Branch of J Property Insurance Company, the advantages and disadvantages of the Yunnan Branch of J Property Insurance Company were studied and sorted out. Use SWOT analysis method to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by J Property Insurance Company Yunnan Branch in the development. Then clear the strategic positioning and development goals of J Property Insurance Company Yunnan Branch in the future development. And finally put forward the basic idea of the company's Yunnan branch in the future development path selection. The corresponding safeguard measures were put forward, which provided a guide for the healthy development of the Yunnan Branch of J Property Insurance Company.
