随着社会的发展,人类活动对自然环境造成的负面影响日益显现, 环境问题越来越成为全世界所关注的问题,绿色、低碳、环保正成为 人类发展的共同理念,可持续发展已经成为国际性的发展战略。作为 我国经济、社会发展的支柱型产业,电力行业的发展具有战略性的意 义。其中,火力发电是我国电力生产工业的中流砥柱,但由于其生产 方式决定的高碳、高排、高能耗、高污染性,使得火力发电企业面临 的国际、国内政策、市尝社会压力越来越大,面对绿色发展的新机 遇、新挑战,火力发电企业必须要顺应时代的发展,提升自身的绿色 竞争力,才能实现企业的可持续发展。因此,对火力发电企业绿色竞 争力影响因素进行研究,寻找提升火力发电企业绿色竞争力的有效途 径具有重要的现实意义。 本文以火力发电企业绿色竞争力定义、内涵和火力发电企业的特 征为基础,系统分析了我国火力发电企业绿色竞争力影响因素,并构 建了影响因素双对数模型,选取目标企业2011-2018年相关指标数据 对各影响因素的作用进行实证验证和分析;在验证各影响因素有效的 基础上,选取目标企业与全国火力发电行业平均水平代表性指标数据 从纵向和横向两个方面进行对比,分析了目标企业绿色竞争力发展现 状及所存在的问题,最后针对目标企业不足之处从完善绿色管理体系、 培育绿色企业文化、创新绿色生产技术、寻求稳定的长期合作关系和 提升管理者自身素质五个方面给出了提升对策。 关键字:绿色竞争力,火力发电企业,影响因素,提升对策 II ABSTRACT Withthedevelopmentofsociety,thenegativeimpactonenvironment duetohumanactivitieshasbecomemoreandmoresignificant.Therefore, environmentalproblemshaveincreasinglybecometheconcernofthe wholeworld.Greendevelopment,low-carbonandenvironmental protectionisbecomingthecommonconceptofhuman,aswellas sustainabledevelopmenthasbecomeaninternationaldevelopment strategy.AsthepillarindustryofChina'seconomicandsocial development,thedevelopmentofelectricpowerindustryhasstrategic significance.Amongthem,thermalpowerenterprisesarethemainstayof electricpowerproductionindustryinChina,whichmeanshigh-carbon, highenergyconsumptionandhigh-pollutingduetotheirproduction.In thatway,thermalpowerenterprisesarefacingincreasinglypressurefrom theinternationalanddomesticpolicy,marketandsociety.Tomeetthe challengeofthenewopportunitiesandachievethesustainable development,thermalpowerenterprisemustpromotetheirgreen competitivenesswiththedevelopmentofthetimes.torealize.Therefore, itisofgreatpracticalsignificancetostudytheinfluencingfactorsofthe greencompetitivenessofthermalpowergenerationenterprisesandfind effectivewaystoimprovethegreencompetitivenessofpowergeneration enterprises. III Basedonthedefinitionandconnotationofthethermalpower enterprise’sgreencompetitiveness,aswellasthecharacteristicsofthe thermalpowerenterprises,thispapersystematicallyanalyzedthe influencingfactorofthermalpowerenterprise’sgreencompetitivenessin ourcountry.Meanwhile,thefactorsinfluencingthedoublelogarithm modelhadbeenbuiltinthispaper,whichselectedofrelateddataofthe targetenterprisein2011-2018toanalysisandvalidatethevarious influencingfactors.Onthebasisofverifyingtheeffectivenessofeach influencingfactor,thetargetenterprisesareselectedtocomparewiththe representativedataoftheaveragelevelofthenationalthermalpower industryinthispaper,aswellasthedevelopmentstatusandexisting problemsofthegreencompetitivenessofthetargetenterpriseswere analyzedfrombothverticalandhorizontalaspects.Finally,thepaper proposedcountermeasuresfromfiveaspectsofimprovingthegreen managementsystem,cultivatinggreenenterpriseculture,innovating greenproductiontechnology,improvingthequalityofmanagersand seekingstablelong-termcooperativerelations.
