随着智能化的不断深化,人们对于科技市场的需求越来越多。科技企业在国 家政策的扶持下,成为国民经济中最具备发展前景的企业类型之一。这样发展迅 猛的行业,吸引了越来越多的公司进入,既有本土企业也有外资企业,企业要想 在竞争中占据有利的地位,需要具备不同于竞争对手的核心竞争力。而资金缺乏、 管理效率低下、企业文化不健全、规模比较小的H科技公司,如果想要在激烈 的市场竞争中立于不败之地,唯有加强核心竞争力的构建并努力提升才能保证如 同H科技公司类似的中小型科技企业的可持续发展。 基于技术型企业的核心竞争力,本文在总结国内外核心竞争力相关理论的基 础上,提出了技术型企业核心竞争力的内涵,特征和组成部分,同时对H科技 公司内外部环境的分析,通过总结前人研究的成果及咨询相关专家的意见,再结 合H科技公司的实际情况,运用SWOT方法分析了企业当前的优势劣势,机遇 和威胁,建立了H科技公司核心竞争力的评价体系。评价体系的分析借助了AHP 层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,最终结果反映出H科技公司核心竞争力水平为 一般。本文对评价结果进行了全面的剖析,指出了H科技公司核心竞争力构建 过程中出现的问题:包括企业文化建设不到位、人力资源支撑不足、市场开拓能 力不佳、员工流动性较大、人力资本开放培训投入不重视等。针对当前核心竞争 力构造过程中存在的问题,本文从增强现有竞争优势、加强公司的内部建设如构 建优秀的企业文化,加强人员管理,提升技术创新能力,设计合理的薪酬制度和 绩效考核制度、提升市场控制能力如合理对产品进行定价,加强品牌营销,改进 产品促销策略等方面有针对性地提出了相应的政策建议。以期H科技公司在市 场竞争中立于不败之地。 关键词:H科技公司,核心竞争力,企业文化,创新 湖北工业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Withthedeepeningofintelligence,thetechnologymarketisincreasingly demanded.Underthesupportingofnationalpolicies,technologycompanieshave becomeoneofthemostpromisingcompaniesinthenationaleconomy.Sucha fast-growingindustryhasattractedmoreandmorecompaniestoenter.Thereareboth localandforeign-fundedenterprises.Inordertooccupyafavorablepositioninthe competition,technologycompaniesneedtohavecorecompetencedifferentfromtheir competitors.HTechnologyCompanyhassomeshortcomings,suchasalackingfund, alowmanagementefficiency,aweakenterpriseculture,andarelativelysmallscale. Ifthetechnologycompanywantstobeinaninvinciblepositioninthefiercemarket competition,onlycanbystrengtheningandimprovingthecorecompetence. Basedonthecorecompetenceoftechnology-basedenterprises,thispaperputs forwardtheconnotation,characteristicsandcomponentsofthecorecompetenceof technology-basedenterprises,onthebasisofsummarizingtherelevanttheoriesof corecompetitivenessathomeandabroad,atthesametime,analysistheinternaland externalenvironmentoftheHTechnologyCompany,andthensummarizestheresults ofpreviousresearchandtheexperts'opinions,combinedwiththecurrentsituationof thecompany,usestheSWOTmethodtoanalyzethecurrentstrengths,weaknesses, opportunitiesandthreatsofthecompany,andestablishestheevaluationsystemofthe corecompetitivenessofthecompany.Theanalysisoftheevaluationsystemrelieson theAHPmethodandfuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethod.Thefinalresult indicatesthatthecorecompetitivenesslevelofthecompanyisgeneralandfindsout thecorecompetitivenessofthecompany.Theproblemsareasfollowed:thecorporate cultureisnotinquiterightplace,thehumanresourcessupportisinsufficient,the marketdevelopmentabilityisnotgood,thestaffstabilityislarge,andthehuman capitalopentraininginvestmentisnottakenseriously.Inviewoftheproblems existinginthecurrentcorecompetitivenessconstructionprocess,thispaperproposes correspondingimprovementmeasures,includingthecorrectpositioningofenterprises, strengtheningthecompany'sinternalconstruction,suchasbuildinganexcellent corporateculture,strengtheningpersonnelmanagement,enhancingtechnological innovationcapabilities,anddesigning.Reasonablesalarysystemandperformance appraisalsystem,improvemarketcontrolability,suchasrationalpricingofproducts, strengthenbrandmarketing,andimproveproductpromotionstrategies.Wecanhope thattheHtechnologycompanycanbeinaninvinciblepositioninthemarket competition.
