上海HS化工有限公司创建于1982年,注册资本10.6亿。经过30年的努力经营,
如今已成为集涂料、化工原料的生产经营;房产、酒店的经营管理;资本投资经营等
多元化发展的集团型企业,是国内较具规模的著名企业之一。本文从战略的高度全面
分析了企业所面临的外部宏观环境、行业发展趋势和主要竞争对手情况,系统地对影
响上海HS化工有限公司长远发展的多个内部重要因素进行了分析研究,运用PEST
分析理论,波特的五种竞争力模型,SWOT分析方法等分析方法,结合企业实际,提
出了上海HS化工有限公司的总体发展战略为“扩张型”战略、竞争战略为成本领先
战略和差异化战略组合,为保证总体战略的顺利实施,从技术创新、精益生产、营销
方式、人力资源管理方面进行了详细的计划,全面为战略的实施提供充分保障。

Abstract
With the development and urbanization of society, the market demand for coatings is
increasing, Chinese architectural coatings, automotive coatings, industrial coatings, powder
coatings, furniture coatings market fundamentals are in a rapid growth phase. As the paint
industry in architectural coatings, in the growing high demand for the home environment,
the paint industry has become a major highlight. In 2008 despite the global financial crisis
and economic recession, China's paint industry remained at a high growth rate, as the
world's largest paint producer and consumer countries. Paint industry, second five plan
that the paint industry and downstream industries affected demand for both civilian,
five-second period of the domestic economy will continue to maintain a high pace.
Shanghai HS Chemical Co. was founded in 1982 with registered capital of 1.06
billion. After 30 years of hard work, has now become a set of paints, chemical raw
materials production and management; property, hotel management; capital investment
management and other diversified group enterprise, is one of the more well-known
enterprise scale. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of strategic enterprises are facing
external macro-environment, industry development trends and major competitors, the
systematically important factor affecting multiple internal HS Chemical Co., Ltd. Shanghai
long-term development were analyzed, using PEST analysis theoretical analysis, Porter's
five competitive forces model, SWOT analysis, combined with the actual business, put
forward the overall development strategy of Shanghai Chemical Co. HS is competitive
strategy of cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy portfolio, in order to ensure
the smooth implementation of the overall strategy, technical innovation, lean
manufacturing marketing, human resource management carried out a detailed plan to
provide adequate protection for the implementation of a comprehensive strategy .
