在此大背景下,对银行的战略进行新的布局与调整以适应社会的发展也就显得越来越
重要,用全新的发展战略来指导商业银行未来的发展方向,树立新的战略竞争优势是
银行发展目前面临的重大难题。所以,对银行发展的竞争战略进行重新定位和研究,
建立适应当前社会环境,打造符合自身利益的市场竞争战略,从而去适应不断变化的
社会环境,提高自身有效竞争力,是商业银行目前首要解决重大研究课题。
本文根据竞争战略理论,采取理论实践相结合、模型分析等方法,以中国银行呼
和浩特 XC 支行作为研究对象,借鉴国内外商业银行的竞争战略以及对商业银行相关
课题的理论与实践研究成果,建立多种模型,对呼和浩特 XC 支行所处的社会环境、
历史发展状况以及银行内部的人才与能力进行了全面充分地研究与分析,运用 SWOT
模型分析本银行的优劣势以及外部的竞争状况,制定出了一套符合 XC 支行的 SWOT
矩阵,提出了 XC 支行相对可行的有关改革措施。这些新制定的措施充分体现了差异
化战略的思想。
通过研究发现,在当前形势下,实施差异化竞争战略最有利于充利用呼和浩特
XC 支行自身内部的优势,掌握外部发展机遇,切实提高自己在市场中的核心竞争能
力,从而促进 XC 支行的全面充分发展,事实证明,XC 支行本身就具备了发展实施差
异化这一战略的能力,因此,实施差异化竞争发展战略是当前 XC 支行最佳战略选择
的结论。在此基础上,本文进一步阐述了实施差异化战略的保障措施。

In recent years, with China's sustained and rapid economic development, various
banks quickly to get quick development, banks are also increasingly fierce competition
between each other, therefore, the bank customer requirements for banking services has
also put forward higher depth. In this background, lay out and adjustment of new bank
strategy to adapt the social development also becomes more and more important, with
brand-new development strategy to guide the future development direction of commercial
banks, to establish a new strategic competitive advantage is the major problem currently
facing the development of the bank. So,repositioning and research increases to the bank
development strategy, establish to adapt to the current social environment, build the
market competition strategy according to their own interests, so as to adapt to the
changing social environment , to improve their own competitive power , is the
commercial banks at present first to solve a major research topic.
According to the theory of competitive strategy, to take a combination of theory and
practice, model analysis and other methods, to Hohhot Chinese bank XC branch as the
research object, referring to the domestic and foreign commercial banks competitive
strategy of commercial banks related topic research results of the theory and practice,
build a variety of models , the model of the Hohhot XC branch of the society
environment, development history and the bank's internal talent and ability to fully
research and analysis. At the same time, combined with the SWOT model, analysis the
advantages and disadvantages of the bank and competition outside, developed a set of
consistent XC branch of the SWOT matrix, puts forward the reform measures of XC
branch of relatively feasible. These new measures fully reflects the differentiation strategy
theory.
Through the study found that, in the current situation, the implementation of
differentiation competitive strategy is most conducive to make full use of Hohhot XC
branch of the internal advantages, grasp the opportunities of development, to improve
their market core competitive ability, so as to promote the full development of XC
branch,in fact,the XC branch itself has the ability,development of the implementation
of the strategy of differentiation. Therefore , the implementation of differentiated
competitive strategy is the best conclusion strategic choice of current XC branch. On this
basis, this paper further expounds the measures to ensure the implementation of
differentiation strategy.
