项目的投资可行性研究是企业投资管理活动中十分重要的环节。在市场经济 条件下，针对投资项目科学地进行市场分析和预测，合理地确定投资项目的规模、 预测项目的经济效益，是企业项目投资成功的可靠保障。 本文从葛洲坝股份有限公司的经营现状及公司的近期发展规划及武汉市交 通现状入手进行分析，提出了投资沌口至水洪口段快速出口公路对葛洲坝股份公 司企业发展的意义。 在此基础上，从理论与实践相结合的角度，用定性分析与定量分析相结合的 方法，通过对项目影响区的人口、经济发展状况进行预测、并进一步对项目影响 区的交通发展状况进行预测；再结合国家有关政策及规范，确定本投资项目的规 模及具体方案；最后对投资方案的各项经济指标进行了科学的分析。 本文在人口、经济发展预测分析过程中以历史资料为依据，采用了回归分析 的方法，在交通发展预测分析过程中以实际 OD 调查及经济预测为依据，采用回 归分析及费费雷特交通分配法。在对项目进行经济评价时，透彻分析了项目投资 成本、赢利能力、清偿能力，并进行了敏感性分析。为企业对本项目的决策立项 提供科学客观的依据。 关键词: 投资决策 交通调查 交通量预测 投资估算 盈利分析Abstract Feasibility study of project investment is a vital link in enterprise investment management activities. Under the conditions of the market economy, making scientific analysis and prediction on market and reasonably determining the size of investment project and predicting economic benefits of the project are a reliable guarantee for the success of the enterprise investment project. Operating status and short-term development plans of Gezhouba Inc. and the status quo of Wuhan City traffic are analyzed, and then get a conclusion that investment to rapid export highway from Dunkou to Shuihongkou is significant for Gezhouba. On this basis, from the angle of combining theory and practice, combining qualitative and quantitative methods are used to predict the population and economic development in the areas which affected by the project, to forecast traffic development of the areas and determine the size of the investment project and specific programs combined with national policies and norms. Finally scientific analysis is conducted on the economic indicators of investment plan. Based on historical data, regression analysis method is used in population and economic development forecast process. Based on actual OD survey and economic forecasts, regression analysis method and Fifiret traffic distribution method are used in traffic development forecast analysis process. Project investment costs, profitability and repayment capacity are analyzed thoroughly, and sensitivity analysis is conducted. Those studies provide scientific and objective basis for enterprise’s decision-making.
