知识经济时代,企业发展必须依靠人才才能在激烈市场竞争和强大技术变革 的环境中立于不败之地,人才管理队伍的好坏直接决定着企业战略目标能否最终 实现。因此,如何吸引、培育和打造一支高素质人才队伍成为现代企业人力资源 管理亟待解决的问题。绩效考核是企业人力资源管理的核心内容,是现代人力资 源管理体系的重要组成部分,健全的绩效考核制度能不断提高员工的积极性,持 续改善员工绩效,形成企业激励文化,提升企业市场竞争力。 本文以湖南高新创投集团公司员工绩效考核方案为研究对象。本文通过系统 介绍国内外目前绩效考核现状、绩效考核相关理论基础上,结合湖南高新创投集 团公司员工绩效考核现状,提出了该公司目前绩效考核存在的问题和产生这些问 题的原因,并针对这些问题根据绩效考核方案改进的原则提出改进设计的整体思 路,具体采用以关键绩效指标和 360 考核方式结合的方式,包括针对不同部门和 岗位的员工重新设置关键绩效指标和标准。同时,对如何做好集团公司员工绩效 考核方案改进从制度、组织和文化等方面提供相应的保障措施和工作建议。 本研究以企业实际作为出发点,按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的逻辑 思路和框架,理论联系实际,将绩效考核理论运用到企业实际中去,以提高企业 管理水平和实现战略目标的落实。希望提出的员工绩效考核方案改进能对湖南高 新创投集团公司和同类企业具有借鉴意义。 关键词,湖南高新创投集团公司;绩效考核;绩效管理;方案改进工商管理硕士学位报告 III Abstract In the era of knowledge economy, the develop of enterprise must rely on talented person in the fierce competition market and strong technological change, and talent management team directly determines the strategic objectives being eventually achieved. Therefore, how to attract, nurture and create a contingent of high -quality team to become a serious problem in modern enterprise human resource management. Performance appraisal is the core of enterprise human resource management, and is an important part of human resource management system, a sound performance appraisal system could continuously improve the enthusiasm of staff and their performance, besides, it is also good for informing incentive culture. In this paper, regarding Hunan hi-tech venture capital investment group company staff performance appraisal program as an object of study. This article introduces domestic and foreign employee performance appraisal situation a nd performance appraisal theory, which combined the actual situation of the company. In addition, putting forward problems and the reasons causing this problems of the company, and to solve this problem according to performance improvement principle and propose the method to improve the design, including performance evaluation index and its standard. At the same time, issuing some measures to how to ensure the implementation of new performance system from some aspects of system, organization and culture. Based on actual situation, this article puts the performance appraisal theories into practical work in order to improve management level and achieve strategic objectives. I wish that Hunan hi-tech venture capital investment group company and similar companies can get some reference in this paper.
