摘要
在新三板挂牌已经成为初创公司筹集、扩大发展规模的重要渠道之一。从近几年
的新三板运行实践也表明，在新三板挂牌的企业多数都获得了很好的发展。SKK 公
司于 2014 年末成功在新三板挂牌，并已经成功实现了两次融资，为公司发展注入了
关键的资金资源，也开启了公司的多元化发展之路。本文则重点探讨 SKK 公司在新
三板挂牌后的多元化发展战略，以期为公司未来发展提供更好的战略指导。

首先，分析了 SKK 公司多元化发展现状。通过对公司多元化发展基本情况的介
绍，对新三板挂牌前后 SKK 公司的多元化发展进行了比较分析，总结出公司在多元
化发展上存在的问题，主要表现在业务多元化程度不高、业务间发展不平衡、发展资
金不充足等问题上。

其次，基于 EFE 矩阵分析法、IFE 矩阵分析法，分析了新三板挂牌后 SKK 公司
内外部发展环境，为公司制定多元化战略目标及实施措施提供了依据和决策支撑。利
用 AHP 层次分析法，对 SKK 公司挂牌后的多元化发展能力进行了分析，发现 SKK
公司在新三板成功挂牌对公司多元化发展起到了积极作用，有利于公司未来的长远发
展。

最后，新三板挂牌后 SKK 公司多元化战略分析与实施，认为 SKK 公司应该积极
利用新三板挂牌的机会实施公司多元化战略，其战略目标可以定位为以下四个方面：
加速企业成长、利用现有资源和优势、加强核心竞争力提升、培育企业新的增长点。

具体而言，在战略实施上要积极推进“四个多元化”，即产品多元化、市场多元化、区
域多元化、投资多元化。

本文具体分析了 SKK 公司的内外发展环境，新三板挂牌前后的多元化发展情况，
并提出了未来多元化发展战略，对 SKK 公司提升战略规划能力和管理能力具有一定
的指导意义，对其他新三板挂牌公司发展多元化业务具有借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT
Being listed on the “New 3 board” has become one of the important ways for the
startups to raise funds and expand scale. Evidence from the recent years also shows that the
companies listed on the “New 3 board” has developed very well. SKK company has been
listed on the board in 2014, and succeed in raising funds for 2 times. The company
developed very well since for the sufficient funds. The thesis explores the development
strategy for the SKK after its listing on the board.
First of all, it analyses the SKK company diversified development. Through
introducing the basic situation of the company diversified development, the new three
board SKK before and after the listing of the company&39;s diversified development has
carried on the comparative analysis, sums up the problems existing in the company on the
diversification, mainly displays in the diversification degree is not high, the unbalanced
development between business, such problems as insufficient development funds.
Secondly, based on the EFE matrix analysis, IFE matrix analysis, analyzed the new
three board SKK after listed company internal and external development environment,
develop diversified strategic objectives for the company and provide a basis for the
implementation of the measures and decision support. Using the AHP analytic hierarchy
process (AHP), the diversified development of SKK company listed after ability was
analyzed, and found the SKK listed companies succeed in the new three board played a
positive role in the company diversified development, be helpful for the long-term
development of the company&39;s future.
Last, Analysis and implementation of diversification strategy of SKK company after
three new board listing .SKK company should actively use new three board listed company
diversification strategy, the strategic goal to locate for the following four aspects:
accelerating the development of company, using the resource of the company ,
strengthening the core competitiveness, cultivating new point of growth. Specifically, there
are “four diversified”: product diversified, market diversified, region diversified,
investment diversified.
This thesis has put forward some development strategies for SKK, which have some
guiding significance for the development of SKK, also for other companies list on the
“New 3 board” which wants to be diversified.
