摘 要
玛弗罗零部件公司新产品开发质量管理改善研究
经历了从 2002 年到今天中国汽车行业的蓬勃发展,国内汽车制造业的成长已经悄
然地度过了春天的生机,夏天的盛开,秋天的收获。2014 年末全国民用汽车保有量达
15447 万辆,民用轿车保有量 8307 万辆

。可以说国内汽车市场已经告别了那个曾经令
我们趋之若鹜的年代,随着当今汽车制造行业的国际化竞争日益激烈,我国汽车零部
件制造业的冬天也在慢慢地来临。

无论是国内还是国外的企业,都在朝向产品多元化、个性化发展。这就要求企业
如果想优先于竞争对手而推出优秀的产品,必须要解决开发周期缩短而带来的产品质
量水平不足的隐患。

本文以玛弗罗零部件(大连)有限公司新产品开发流程中的质量管理为研究对象,
结合了时下汽车制造业流行的 APQP 产品质量先期策划管理理论工具,对公司新产品
开发中的质量管控进行深入分析研究,同时引入企业的实践进行归纳和总结。运用
APQP 工具和 FMEA 潜在失效模式分析对产品是设计阶段进行管控,运用 MSA 测量系
统分析对预批量阶段的样件进行系统化的数据分析,降低质量误差,对于整个新产品
开发环节中的质量水平的提高有着显著的帮助。同时采用 PPAP 生产件批准程序的管理
手段,确保产品在每个阶段的提交都能顺利到达客户的满意。最终以实践数据证明,
加强了新产品开发的系统化管理能力,确保了产品质量水平,提高了公司的市场竞争
力。

Abstract
Improvements Study on New Parts Developing Stage Quality Management
in Maflow Components Dalian Co., Ltd
After experiencing the vigorous development for around ten years from 2002, the
automotive industry of China has passed the glorious course. By the end of 2014, the total
number of civil motor vehicles and civil car ownership had reached 154.47 million and 83.07
million respectively. It could be argued that the domestic auto market has bad farewell to the
era of prosperity. With the ever fiercer international competition, auto parts manufacturing
industry of China is facing unprecedented challenges.
Currently, both the domestic and international enterprises are seeking diversified and
individualized development. Therefore, to become eminent, relevant enterprises should
resolve the problem of low-quality products caused by shorter development cycle.
This article takes the step of quality management in the development process of new
products of Maflow Group as object of research.. With the utilization of the prevalent APQP
tool, the writer made in-depth investigation and analysis of the quality management and
control process of new products development. The actual practices of Maflow Group are
used to make analysis and conclusion. In this article, APQP and FMEA modules are utilized
to analyze the quality control procedure in new product design process, MSA is used to give
systematic data analysis of the samples in the pre-series phase, so as to reduce inaccuracies.
These processes could obviously improve the quality level of the development of new
products. PPAP is used to guarantee that products at each phase could meet clients’
requirements. Finally, real data are used to enhance the systematic management capability of
the enterprise in new product development phase, so as to improve the quality of
newly-developed products and enhance competitiveness of Maflow Group.
