ABSTRACT
Project management from 1942-1946, the Manhattan project, first used in the second
world war ii, belonging to management science and engineering discipline, between
social science and natural science.With the continuous development of management
science and engineering, project management application gradually expanded, especially
in automobile parts enterprises, more widely used.In terms of domestic auto parts
enterprise development in our country, in project management, there are a lot of
problems, first performance in the low level of project management, compared with
abroad, the gap is bigger.In this study, will focus on HF company, car seat project
management, combined with gate control management theory and model, to study the
possible risk in the project, using the theory and practice fusion, can improve the project
management system, optimize the project management method.Based on this, this article
study, will be the first to focus on analysis of the concept of project management, this
paper expounds the methods and characteristics of project management;Combining HF
(hefei) company actual car seat project, combined with gate control management
approach , analyzed HF company, difficulties in project management, and aiming at
these difficulties, puts forward the Suggestions and strategies.In view of the project
management process, it is rich in contents, this article, based on the actual management
situation of S432 automotive project, to design and optimize the scheme of management,
import the SDT team, realize PLUS process efficiency, and using the theory of gating
to achieve the project management, in view of the current, the project management,
analyzes the existing problems, and based on the transverse, longitudinal and vertical
organizational structure and dimension put forward new project management framework,
for other types of project management in the future put forward the corresponding
Suggestions and strategies.
