performance appraisal index and a lack of long-term incentive mechanism. In the aspect of
spiritual motivation, there are some problems such as not obvious incentive mechanism in
marketing skills training management, single career development channel of sales staff and
unreasonable talent selection. The improvement plan has been made in turn, and the design of
performance appraisal index has been perfected, the long-term incentive mechanism has been
perfected, the training management system has been perfected, the career development planning
of employees has been established and the talent selection process has been perfected. And
further design and improve the corresponding safeguard mechanism measures.
