国企是中国经济的命脉与支柱,它们承担着协助政府宏观调控经济,为国 家经济发展提供动力的重任,在中国经济体系中处于主导地位。国企经营的状 况也影响着中国经济的走向。 在市场经济竞争日益激烈化的今天,企业之间的竞争比拼的就是人力资源 与财力资源。其中人力资源是企业的软资源,一定程度上人力资源是企业发展 的命脉,人才兴,则企业兴,而如何调动员工工作的积极性与创造性,激发员 工的工作热情是人力资源工作的重点。因此,在深入国企市场化改革的今天, 探讨国企员工激励的建设相关问题有着重要的现实价值与意义。 本文以 M 有限公司物业分公司员工激励现状为切入点,结合员工激励的相 关理论知识,找出了 M 物业分公司在员工激励方面存在的问题。再根据员工激 励的相关知识,基于存在的问题,分别对 M 物业分公司的管理人员,后勤人员 与物业工作人员在薪酬激励,绩效激励与其他非物质激励方面的激励机制建设 提出优化建议。最后,对本文研究所取得的结论进行总结。希望本文研究能对 国有企业员工激励机制的建设提供一些启示与帮助。 关键词:物业公司,员工激励,激励机制IV Research on Incentive Mechanism of Employees in M Co.,Ltd. Property Management Company Abstract State-owned enterprises are the lifeblood and pillar of the Chinese economy. They take the responsibility of assisting the government in macroeconomic control and providing power for the country's economic development. They are in a leading position in the Chinese economic system. The performance of state-owned enterprises will have an impact on China's economy.In today's increasingly contested market, the competition between enterprises are around human resources and financial resources. Human resources are the soft power of an enterprise. To a certain extent, human resources are the lifeblood of an enterprise's development. For enterprises to flourish, people must be thrive. How to inspire the passion and mobilize the creativity of talents is the focus of human resources. Therefore, in today's market-oriented reforms of state-owned enterprises, it is of great reality and significance to explore issues related to the incentive mechanism for state-owned enterprises. This article takes the status of M Co., Ltd.'s employee incentive mechanism as the starting point and combines the relevant theoretical knowledge to find out the problems of M Property's employee incentives. Based on the relevant knowledge of employee motivation principles and existing problems, suggestions are made on the development of incentive mechanisms for managers, logistics and property staff of M Property Branch in compensation incentives, performance incentives and other non-material incentives. Finally, the conclusions are summarized in this article. It is hoped that the research can provide some perspectives and support for developing state-owned enterprise employee incentive mechanism.
