企业，这无疑加剧了各个企业在社会经济中的竞争新冠疫情对国内各个行业带来了 。 巨大冲击，致使各行业整体需求乏力企业要想在激烈的竞争中存续，势必要注重成 一 。 本控制，而对于制造型企业来说，成本控制最重要的手段之就是库存优化高库存 占用企业大量的运营资金，严重制约企业的运营效率。 HW石油公司是典型的工业快速消费品企业，由于该企业在中国的品牌影响力不强、 。 供应链运作效率不高，导致企业在行业竞争中处于弱势地位由于需求预测准确率低， HW石油公司依靠大量成品库存来满足订单的需求波动，由此导致公司大量的资金被成 。 品库存占压，严重影响经营效率面对竞争激烈的经营环境，公司成品库存过高的问 题亟待优化解决。 本文首先分析了行业背景与企业现状，进而提出了本文的理论意义和现实意义， 一 并进步结合研宄内容和研宄方法阐述了研宄思路。通过文献研宄，梳理了供应链管 ？ 、W 理库存管理的相关理论与国内外研宄现状，分析了H石油公司当前成品库存管理 ，HW 的现状运用数据分析方法识别出了石油公司当前成品库过高的原因；基于库存 管理的理论，结合ABC分类法及需求预测技术提出了优化成品库存的管理重点，即提 高A类产品的需求预测精度。使用企业现实数据，针对A类产品分别采用了移动平均 法、指数平滑法和灰色预测模型进行了训练模型构建，依据三种预测模型的误差评价 对比，得出灰色预测模型最适用，然后又针对灰色预测模型进行了测试，验证了膒? 的适用性和精准性。根据企业现实数据测算，精准的需求预测能够有效降低HW石油 公司非必要的高货值成品库存，释放出更多的运营资金。为了保障成品库存优化方案 、、 的顺利实施，文章从信息技术手段提升组织结构优化绩效考核机制优化及组织培 训等方面提出了相应的保障措施。本文的研宄结果能够为工业快速消耗品企业在成品 一
