其行业发展的难题之一。良好的库存管理对于保证企业供需平衡，保证企业的
稳定长久发展具有十分重要的作用。为此，根据现代化库存管理的相关知识、
理论与经验对农药成品进行更完善的库存管理，已经成为一个必然趋势

本文针对吉林省八达农药有限公司农药成品库存管理中存在的问题，在库
存管理的理论基础上，提出了适合八达农药的完善农药成品库存管理的对策

首先，介绍了本文的研究背景和研究意义。其次，回顾了国内外关于库存管理
问题的研究现状，在充分了解国内外关于库存管理问题研究现状的基础上，对国
内外关于特殊物品库存管理的相关研究也进行了梳理。之后以吉林省八达农药
有限公司为研究对象，对公司基本情况进行了介绍，对其农药成品库存管理现
状进行了介绍，阐述其农药成品库存管理存在的问题。八达农药的农药成品库
存管理存在的主要问题有农药成品摆放混乱、不科学，存放数量较大、库存成
本较高，需求预测与销售情况不匹配，实际的库存水平设置不合理，农药成品
管理的流程存在缺陷，绩效考核与奖励机制不完善，对这些问题产生的原因进
行了深入分析，进而提出了完善八达农药的农药成品库存管理的对策--农药成
品库存管理的方法、农药成品需求预测、安全库存量的设定、农药成品库存信
息管理系统、员工的培训、绩效考核与奖励机制

Abstract
Recent years, with the development of economy and living standard, people pay
more attention on the demand of foods, as a result, the needs of grain and crop rise
indirectly. At the same time, the demand of pesticides increase stably. It creates the
opportunity and test for the development of pesticide industry. Pesticide industry is a
national key support of the industry, because of the particularity of pesticide finished
product, inventory management of pesticide product has been one of the difficult
problems that hinder the development of the pesticide industry. Good inventory
management plays a very important role in the balance between supply and demand,
also plays an important role in the stable development of enterprise. So it has
become an inevitable trend to improve the inventory management of pesticide
products ,according to the relevant knowledge ,theory and experience of modern
inventory management.
This paper aims at the existing problems of inventory management of pesticide
of BADA Pesticide Company in Jilin Province, puts forward some corresponding
countermeasures for the inventory management of pesticide finished products of
BADA Pesticide Company, according the theory of inventory management. Firstly, it
researches on the study background and significance of this paper. Secondly, it
reviews the present study situation of inventory management at home and abroad.
On the basis of fully understanding the research status of inventory management at
home and abroad, it also reviews the relevant study of inventory management of
special articles at home and abroad. And then it takes BADA Pesticide Company in
Jilin Province as a research object, introducing the basic situation of this company
and the inventory management of pesticide product, expounding the main problem
existing in the inventory management of pesticide product. Pesticide products put
irregularly, unscientific, pesticide inventories existing in a large quantity, the
inventory cost is relatively expensive, demand forecast and sales situation does not
match, the actual inventory level is not reasonable, some defects in the process of
pesticide product management, performance inspection and drive mechanism is not
perfect, those problems are all the main problems exist in the inventory management
of pesticide product of BADA Pesticide. After that, the paper analyses the causes of
these problems in depth, putting forward some ways to deal with the inventory
management of pesticide product of BADA Pesticide Company, such as the way of
inventory management of pesticide product, the demand forecast of pesticide product,III
the setting of safety stock, the information management system of pesticide product
inventory, the staff training, the performance evaluation and incentive mechanism.

库存，即企业储存的各种物料和资源，为满足其运作的需求，能够维持企
业正常生产，调节供需平衡。库存管理，是企业在商品流通过程中对商品数量
的管理，主要是在保证企业正常经营生产销售的情况下，使商品库存量保持在
一个合理的数量内，避免存储量过多或缺货，减少库存占用空间，降低库存总
费用的一种行为。在全球经济化快速发展的今天，企业间的竞争已经不仅仅局
限于产品价格，性能，质量，性价比这些因素，能否满足外界对其库存的要求，
能否快速满足消费者需求，为消费者及时地提供服务，及时地对库存预测、计
划和补充，又不占用过多企业流动资金，对于企业良好运营及可持续发展，有
着至关重要的作用。近年来，随着经济发展，我国企业的库存问题逐渐显现出
来，库存管理问题已成为导致企业亏损、阻碍企业良好发展的主要原因之一

为此，越来越多的企业意识到库存管理的重要性--良好的库存管理对于保证企
