随着数字经济对全球经济增长贡献愈发重大,科技企业的市场竞争也日益激
烈,而科技企业创新能力随之也成为企业的核心竞争力,知识型员工作为创新的
原动力也愈发被企业管理人员所重视,并认识到企业间的竞争最终演化为人才的
竞争。广州嘉为科技公司是国内领先的 IT解决方案与 IT培训服务供应商,公司
是面向全国提供服务的民营科技服务型企业。在嘉为科技发展过程中由于对培训
部讲师的工作满意度管理的缺失,导致工作人员的工作满意度较低并长期无法得
到提升。因此,当前嘉为科技培训部的员工积极性较低,创新能力不足,部门对
公司多元化业务战略转型支撑较为乏力。
本文以嘉为科技培训部讲师对工作的满意度为研究内容,通过回顾工作满意
度的相关理论和研究,并主要通过调查问卷、访谈等分析嘉为科技培训部讲师工
作满意度现状,对其中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了对应的解决对策。本文
的研究在针对前人研究理论成果梳理总结的一面之外,另一方面通过本文的研究
能够提升嘉为公司培训部工作满意度管理水平,并能够为其他研究者在探讨新生
代知识型员工的工作满意度问题是提供一定的参考与建议。
研究表明嘉为科技培训部造成工作满意度降低的主要因素包括职业发展、工
作本身、绩效管理、薪酬待遇等。上述问题导致了嘉为科技培训部讲师工作满意
度处于较低水平。嘉为科技培训部工作满意度问题产生的原因在于职业发展不明
确、工作内容不明确、绩效考核不完善、薪酬体系不合理和工作压力比较大。嘉
为科技培训部讲师工作满意度提升的整体思路是:以助力企业业务战略转型与提
升综合竞争能力为目标,通过聚焦与解决工作满意度中的突出问题,实现激发员
工创造力和提升工作效率的目的。最终提出工作满意度提升策略,具体可以从:
规划职业发展、明确工作内容、完善绩效考核、优化薪酬体系、提高企业认同感
等方面进行改进。为保障工作满意度提升措施的顺利实施,嘉为科技公司需要构
建工作满意度提升策略的实施保障措施,具体需要从加强企业组织保障、加强企
业资源保障、加强制度保障和加强培训保障等层面进行改进。
本文的研究有助于提升嘉为科技培训部讲师的工作满意度,进而有效地提升
员工的工作效率和创新能力,最大限度发挥员工的价值创造能力,助力嘉为科技

SATISFACTION OF LECTURER IN TRAINING
DEPARTMENT IN CANWAY TECHNOLOGY COMPANY
Abstract
As the digital economy contributes more and more to the global economic growth,
the market competition of science and technology enterprises is becoming increasingly
fierce, therefore innovation capability of science and technology enterprises has also
become the core competitiveness of enterprises. As the driving force of innovation,
knowledge workers have been paid more and more attention by enterprise managers
and realize thatthe competition among enterprises hasfinally evolved into the
competition of talents. Guangzhou Canway Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading provider
of IT solutions and IT training services in China. The company is a private science and
technology service-oriented enterprise providing services to the whole country. In the
process of the development of science and technology in Canway, due to the lack of job
satisfaction management of lecturers in the training department, the job satisfaction of
staff is low and cannot be improved for a long time. Therefore, at this moment the
enthusiasm of employee in Canway Science and Technology Training Department is
lower, the innovation ability is insufficient, and the department is relatively weak to
support the transformation of the company's diversified business strategy.
This treatise research content the job satisfaction of the lecturer of Canway Science
and Technology Training Department, reviews the relevant theories and research of job
satisfaction, through questionnaires and interviews to analyze the current situation of
employee job satisfaction and discusses the problems existed, also propose solutions
for specific problems. The research of this paper except can improve the job satisfaction
management level of the training department of Canway company. On the other way
also provide some reference and suggestions for other researchers to explore the job
satisfaction of the new generation of knowledge workers.
