摘要
公共交通作为一个城市的重要基础设施,具有不可替代的作用,优先发展城市
公共交通,不仅能够缓解越来越严重的交通拥堵、提高交通资源的利用效率,还能
够进一步降低因交通造成的环境污染。近年来,各个城市都出台了公交优先的相关
政策,通过大力发展公共交通,促进城市的可持续发展。城市公共交通运营企业作
为具有社会服务性和公益性的经济实体,应充分发挥公交营运线路、营运车辆、运
载能力等作用,满足运送乘客的需求,实现安全、便捷、舒适、经济的高质量出行
服务,不断满足人民对美好生活的需要。随着轨道交通、共享出行等多种交通方式
的持续发展和乘客对美好交通出行的要求不断提高,城市公交运营企业面临越来
越大的发展经营压力,包括公交客流下降、运行成本上升等问题。
本论文以 C市公交集团为研究对象,结合企业数字化转型的相关理论,提出
C市公交集团的数字化转型策略,旨在实现C市公交集团传统业务的转型升级,从
而推动公交运营提效、服务提质、管理提能,并为公交企业的数字化转型实践提供
理论参考。论文首先研究了企业数字化转型有关的理论,总结了国内外企业数字化
转型的经验,以及企业数字化转型的核心路径和概念模型。论文调研梳理了 C市
公交集团主要的业务流程和数字化现状,总结了各个业务板块存在的问题和不足,
同时调研同行业的其他企业数字化转型的开展情况,总结行业经验,提出 C市公
交集团数字化转型的必要性和内在需求。论文结合数字化转型有关的理论和方法,
完成公交企业商业模式分析、价值链模型分析、企业架构设计分析,面向 C市公
交集团的核心业务,提出了数字化转型升级的具体策略。论文根据企业实际情况,
提出了相应的实施建议,包括实施内容、路径等,以保障C市公交集团的数字化转
型能够有效落地。
本论文通过研究公交企业的数字化转型,以数字技术为驱动,实现公交运行调
度智能化、安全管理主动化、运行维护科学化、出行服务精准化,从而使 C市公
交集团更好地发挥其服务性和公益性的价值,为乘客出行提供更优质的服务。

Abstract
As an important infrastructure of a city, public transport plays an irreplaceable role.
Giving priority to the development of urban public transport can not only alleviate the
increasingly serious traffic congestion and improve the utilization efficiency of traffic
resources, but also further reduce the environmental pollution caused by traffic. In recent
years, various cities have issued relevant policies on public transport priority to promote
the sustainable development of cities throughthe vigorous development of public
transport. As an economic entity with social service and public welfare, urban public
transport operation enterprises should give full play to the role of bus operation lines,
operating vehicles and carrying capacity to meet the needs of transporting passengers,
realize safe, convenient, comfortable and economical high-quality travel services, and
constantly meet the people's needs for a better life. With the continuous development of
rail transit, shared travel and other transportation modes and the continuous improvement
of passengers' requirementsfor better transportation travel,urban public transport
operation enterprises are facing increasing development and operation pressure, including
the decline of public transport passenger flow and the rise of operation cost.
Taking C City Public Transport Group as the research object, combined with the
relevant theories of enterprise digital transformation, this thesis puts forward the digital
transformation strategy of C City Public Transport Group, which aims to realize the
transformation and upgrading of the traditional business of C City Public Transport Group,
so as to promote the improvement of public transport operation efficiency, service quality
andmanagement,andprovidetheoreticalreference forthepracticeofdigital
transformation of public transport enterprises. Firstly, this thesis studies the theories
related to enterprise digital transformation, summarizes the experience of enterprise
digital transformation at home and abroad, as well as the core path and conceptual model
of enterprise digital transformation. This thesis investigates and combs the main business
processes and digital status of C City Public Transport Group, summarizes the problems
and deficiencies existing in each business segment, investigates the development of
digital transformation of other enterprises in the same industry, summarizes industry
experience, and puts forward the necessity and internal needs of digital transformation of
C City public transport group. Combined with the theories and methods related to digital
transformation, this thesis completes the business model analysis, value chain model
analysis and enterprise architecture design analysis of public transport enterprises, and
puts forward specific strategies for digital transformation and upgrading for the core
business of C City public transport group. According to the actual situation of the
enterprise, this thesis puts forward corresponding implementation suggestions, including
implementation content and path, so as to ensure the effective implementation of the
digital transformation of C City public transport group.
By studying the digital transformation of public transport enterprises and driven by
digital technology, this thesis realizes the intellectualization of public transport operation
and dispatching, the initiative of safety management, the scientization of operation and

maintenance and the accuracy of travel service, so as to make C City public transport
group give better play to its value of service and public welfare and provide better services
for passengers.
