摘 要
近年来,随着经济全球化和信息化的不断发展,国际货运代理行业的新业态不断涌
现,促使行业内的竞争也日趋激烈。货运代理企业在日常的运作中越来越注重通过整合
供应链中上下游的资源和重视供应商的合作等来增强自身的竞争能力。在运作中如何选
择供应商,对供应商进行分类管理及绩效评价,从而构建一套行之有效的供应商管理体
系是众多国际货运代理企业所面临的重要课题。
本文首先对供应商管理的国内和国外研究现状分别进行梳理和总结论述,并系统的
概述了文中所涉及的相关概念和理论。其次,介绍了U公司的背景和详细分析了公司内
部目前对海运部门的供应商的管理制度,并指出U公司在供应商管理中存在供应商选择
指标过于单一,供应商分类管理依据不当和供应商绩效考核欠缺等三个方面的问题。然
后,利用Q.C.D.S理论和ABC分类法,战略联盟等相关理论,结合货代行业特点及U公
司的实际情况,从供应商选择和评价体系,供应商分类管理和供应商绩效考核三方面进
行论述,对U公司的供应商管理提出对应的改进措施。最后从企业的组织,技术,人员
等三方面进一步分析并提出保障措施。
本文按照发现问题,分析问题及解决问题的逻辑,对U公司目前在供应商管理上的
问题进行分析后并提出的改进措施,有利于完善U公司的供应商管理体系。同时,对供
应商的改进管理能促进U公司和供应商双方的z更紧密合作,有利于双方建立双赢的互
利关系。在行业实践中,希望对其他同类的国际货运代理公司在改进其供应商管理方面
也具有参考意义。

The Improvement Research On Supplier Management of U Freight
forwarding Company
Abstract
With the development of economic globalization and network information, the global
circulation of materials is getting faster and faster, and the international freight forwarding
companies play an important role. Growing competition between the international forwarding
industry and the in-depth development of the concept of supply chain management in recent
years, that make more and more enterprises to realize important role of the supply chain,
Moreover, the supplier management occupies the important position in the supply chain
management, how to build effective supplier management system is an important topic of the
freight forwarding company.
This paper first discusses the research status of supplier management at home and abroad,
and also defines the meaning of supplier in the international freight forwarder enterprise in the
paper. Then, introduce the background of U company and the management status of supplier
management, it is found that the supplier selection index is too simple. In addition, the
supplier classification is not good enough and there’s no performance appraisal about the
supplier. With considering the characteristics of the international freight forwarding industry,
we research with Q.C.D.S theory, Activity Based Classification, Strategic Alliance and other
relevant theories, focusing on the supplier selection and evaluation of suppliers, supplier
classification management and supplier performance appraisal, aid to bring forward the
improvement measures about the supplier management of U Company. At the end of the
paper, we provide the safeguard measures from the organization, technology, personnel of the
enterprise to support the improvement measures.
Through the improvement measures for the supplier management of U Company, the
supplier management system of U Company will be improved, it will help the company to
establish stable partnership with its suppliers in the future and reach a win-win situation with
them. At the same time, it also has some reference value to other similar international freight
forwarders in improving the supplier management.
