摘要
近年来,我国制造业迅猛发展,市场竞争激烈,2020年疫情导致原材料价格大幅
上涨,市场需求大幅下降,企业如何降本增效俨然已成为企业的主旋律。化工行业由
于设备故障引发的安全事故居高不下,发生的形式、原因也各不相同,设备管理已然
成为企业管理的重点与难点。对于大连石化这种典型的石化企业,通过完善设备管
理,降低设备故障发生概率,对于提升企业效益有着重要的现实意义。
本文通过对国内外设备管理现状、大连石化设备管理现状等方面的分析,对大连
石化公司进行深入调研,根据设备管理的五要素“人机料法环”分析模型,基于利益
相关矩阵,识别出问题产生的根本原因,提出针对大连石化的设备管理改进方案。包
括:完善设备管理制度、加强员工培训、建立 SOON体系,结合实际开展设备管理
等。结合大连石化现场设备管理理论支撑差、执行力弱、维修方式落后、设备管理人
员培训水平低、现代化信息未充分利用等现状问题,本文主要利用 TNPM理论来制定
一套能切实提高大连石化公司设备管理水平的改进方案。提出了以开展现场 6“S”标
准化、清除现场 6“H”危险源的方式作为现场改善的切入点,用 OPL课程开展全员
培训。并在推进中,着重突出了全员参与、全标准化、合理化建议活动等形式。论文
根据大连石化在大机组检维修过程中的作业流程,通过 SOON体系的形式对案例进行
分析,并验证方案的可行性。
本文提出的方案规范了员工从使用、维护和检修等管理环节,努力实现设备管理
的全管理标准化,从本质提高设备管理水平,为企业的发展、企业的安全、企业的效
益以及社会的和谐稳定提供保障。论文对其他石化企业具有普遍的借鉴意义。

The Research on Improvement of Equipment Management in Dalian
Petrochemical Company
Abstract
In recent years, our country's manufacturing industry has developed rapidly and market
competition has been fierce. The 2020 epidemic has led to a sharp increase in raw and processed
materials prices and a sharp decline in market demand. How to reduce costs and increase
efficiency has become the main theme of enterprises. Safety accidents caused by equipment
failures remain high in the chemical industry where the author works. The forms and causes of
occurrence are different. Equipment management has become the focus and difficulty of
enterprise management. For a typical petrochemical enterprise such as Dalian Petrochemical
Company, improving equipment management and reducing the probability of equipment failure
has important practical significance for improving corporate efficiency.
Based on the analysis of the status quo of equipment management at home and abroad,
and the status quo of equipment management of Dalian Petrochemical Company, this paper
conducts an in-depth investigation of Dalian Petrochemical Company. According to the six-
element "human-machine material law" analysis model of equipment management, combined
with a logical analysis framework Analytical method, and proposed equipment management
improvement plan for Dalian Petrochemical Company. Including: improving the equipment
management system, strengthening staff training, establishing SOON system, and carrying out
equipment management based on actual conditions. Combining the theoretical support of
Dalian Petrochemical Company's field equipment management, weak execution, backward
maintenance methods, low level of equipment management personnel training, and full
utilization of modern information, this article mainly uses TNPM theory to develop a set of
equipment that can effectively improve Dalian Petrochemical Company's equipment
management. Level improvement program. It is proposed to carry out on-site 6 "S"
standardization and eliminate on-site 6 "H" hazards as the starting point for on-site
improvement and use OPL courses to carry out full-staff training. In the process of advancement,
activities such as full participation, full standardization, and rationalization suggestions have
been highlighted. The paper analyzes the case through the SOON system and verifies the
feasibility of the scheme based on the operation process of Dalian Petrochemical Company in
the process of large-scale unit maintenance.
The solution to the theoretical problems standardizes the management links of employees
from use, maintenance and overhaul, and strives to realize the full management standardization

of equipment management, and essentially improves the level of equipment management,
which contributes to the development of the enterprise, the safety of the enterprise, the benefit
