摘要
当前,全球民用航空发动机正处于一个升级换代的时期,而换代的航空零部
件制造对于 LY 公司来说意味着高标准的质量要求以及进一步压缩的企业利润。
为此对 LY公司质量管理方面的提升迫在眉睫。
本文先对 LY公司进行实地调研以及数据的收集分析,发现 LY公司目前的
质量管理状态无法满足未来公司发展的要求,表现为一次提交合格率低、报废率
高、低层次操作质量问题时有发生,不合格品处理周期长、生产过程不稳定等。
为了进一步清楚的了解到 LY公司在质量管理能力方面的不足之处,本文首先设
计了 LY质量管理能力指标调查问卷以确定适合 LY公司所在行业的质量管理能
力评价指标。其次,设计了质量管理能力评价指标权重调查问卷以确定各个指标
的权重。最后,设计了 LY 公司质量管理能力模糊综合指标调查问卷以确定 LY
公司在各个质量能力指标方面的实际情况。
通过综合运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法计算得出 LY公司的质量管理综
合评价得分为 64.62分。因此,本文针对 LY公司质量管理的不足之处提出了质
量管理提升方案,其改善内容包含如下三个方面,第一是结合“零缺陷”质量管
理理论,对 LY 公司进行“零缺陷”质量文化建设;第二是整合 APQP、MSA、
SPC、CPK、质量诊所等质量工具进行“零缺陷”质量管理系统工具建设;第三
是利用 ERP和 MES系统进行信息化建设。

Abstract
At present, the global civil aviation engine is in a period of upgrading, and the upgrading of
aviation parts manufacturing means high standard quality requirements and further compressed
enterprise profits for LY Company. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the quality management ability
of LY Company.
Firstly, the paper conducts field research and data collection and analysis on LY company. It is
found that the current quality management status of LY Company can not meet the requirements of
the future development of the company, which is manifested in low FPY, high scrap, low-level
operation quality problems, long non-conforming product treatment cycle, unstable production
process, etc.In order to further understand the shortcomings of LY Company in quality management
ability, this paper first designs the LY quality management ability index questionnaire to determine
the quality management ability evaluation index suitable for the industry of LY Company. Secondly,
the weight questionnaire of quality management ability evaluation index is designed to determine
the weight of each index. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive index questionnaire of LY Company's
quality management ability is designed, and the actual situation of LY Company in each index
quality ability is finally determined.
Through the comprehensive use of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive
evaluation method, LY company's quality management comprehensive evaluation score is 64.62
points. Therefore,in view of the deficiencies of LY Company's quality management, this paper
proposes the "zero defect" quality management improvement plan, which includes the following
three aspects. First, combining with the "zero defect" quality management theory, the "zero defect"
quality culture construction of LY Company is carried out.The second is to integrate APQP, MSA,
SPC, CPK, quality clinic and other quality tools to build "zero defect" quality management system
tools; The third is to use ERP and MES system information construction.
