摘 要
随着我国金融业全球化水平不断提高,在外资金融机构的刺激下,国内证券
市场竞争日益白热化。由于外资证券公司以丰富的财力、灵活的管理制度和发达
的经营思想领先于市场,加之优厚的薪资优待以及较为公平的升职空间,导致我
国证券公司出现大量员工流失并选择外商机构的情况。英才的严重紧缺,必然触
及发展的瓶颈。因此,在充分学习和吸收先进的管理理念和企业文化的基础之上,
进一步增强中国本土证券公司的综合实力已迫在眉睫。
证券公司属于服务行业。个人金融业务面向公众、企业和政府,因此其业务
的发展与公司员工的专业、热情和耐心服务密不可分。通过加强金融市场的竞争,
证券公司寻求吸引尽可能多的客户。为了获得更好的客户体验,需要依靠证券公
司员工提供的优质服务和服务水平。服务质量是指证券公司员工的就业态度,这
可以归因于证券公司员工的就业态度。
本文主要以 A类证券公司的员工为主要调研对象。通过对公司员工的调查与
走访,并根据相关理论,利用对问卷与调查数据的综合分析,掌握了 A证券公司
员工满意度的变化状况,再立足工作端找出问题,并根据问题给出相应措施以改
变工作现状,在提升 A证券公司员工信心的同时,也做到了无限激励其员工内
在进取性与灵感的能力。

Abstract
With the increasing level of globalization of China's financial industry and
stimulated by foreign financial institutions, competition in the domestic securities
market has become increasingly feverish. As foreign securities companies lead the
market with their abundant financial resources, flexible management mechanisms and
advanced management concepts, coupled with generous remuneration packages and
fairer promotion mechanisms, this has led to a large number of employees jumping
ship to foreign institutions in China's securities companies. The severe shortage of
talent is bound to trigger a bottleneck in development. Therefore, the need to learn
and absorb advanced management concepts and corporate culture to enhance the
competitiveness of local securities firms is imminent.
Securities companies belong to the service industry, and the development of
personal financial services for the general public as well as corporate financial
services for enterprises and governments cannot be achieved without the professional,
enthusiastic and patient services of the company's staff. In an increasingly competitive
financial market, it is always the goal of securities companies to gain as many clients
as possible and to win them over. To obtain a positive punter feelings, it is essential to
require securities company staff to furnish well service, while the quality of service is
related to the work attitude of securities company staff, which can ultimately be
attributed to the satisfaction of securities company staff with their own work.
This research takes the employees of A Securities Company as the work item.
Through survey and interviews with employees, combined with relevant theories, the
current situation of employee satisfaction in A Securities Company is understood
through the analysis of questionnaire data. Based on the work end to find the
problems, according to the problems to propose countermeasures to improve the
current situation, in order to improve the satisfaction of employees of A securities
company at the same time, to achieve unlimited potential to motivate and creative
employees.
