摘要
伴随着市场经济的不断发展,人才资源成为企业发展的第一生产力,其中新员工入
职培训作为人才培养的关键环节,又决定了员工是否可为企业尽快、并可持续地创造价
值。因此通过对企业现有以及未来所需人力资源结构的分析,并由此分析结果改进新员
工的入职培训方案尤为重要。建立健全的新员工入职培训体系,能为新员工掌握未来岗
位专业技能打好基础,也能为企业建设高素质人才队伍创造初始条件。
本文通过对国内外培训相关的研究动态进行分析,为深入研究 SY公司新员工入职
培训体系做好铺垫;通过研究相关理论和先进的培训方法,为改进 SY公司新员工入职
培训体系提供理论支持;通过问卷调查和访谈等研究方法,发现 SY公司的现有培训体
系存在培训形式较单一、内容缺乏针对性以及只培训缺少评估等问题。最后,经过对
SY公司现有人员结构及组织战略分析,对比现有员工入职培训体系,为 SY公司设计
了新的员工入职培训体系,在原基础上丰富了培训形式,依据新员工不同需求灵活调整
了培训内容,并增设了培训后的考核评估。
建立健全的新员工入职培训体系,可以增强企业核心竞争力,让促使新员工快速成
长。本次研究对丰富人力资源管理具有较强的理论意义,对改善 SY公司的人力资源管
理体系并提升企业的经济效益有针对性的现实意义,对同行相关企业具有一定的借鉴和
指导意义。

ABSTRACT
With the developing of the market economy, human resources have become the first
productivity in the development of enterprises, in which the orientation training of new
employees is the key link in personnel training, it also determines whether employees can
create value for the enterprise quickly and sustainably. Therefore, it is particularly important
to improve the orientation training program for new employees by analyzing the current and
future human resources structure of the enterprise. Establishing a sound employee orientation
training system can lay a good foundation for new employees to master the professional skills
of future positions and create initial conditions for enterprises to build a high-quality talent
team.
Through the analysis of the related research trends at home and abroad, this paper paves the
way for the in-depth study of the orientation training system in SY company, to provide
theoretical support for the improvement of the employee orientation training system in SY
company. It is found that the existing orientation training system of SY company has the
problems of single training form, non-pertinence content and training without evaluation.
Finally, after analyzing the existing personnel structure and organization strategy of SY
company, comparing with the existing orientation training system, a new employee
orientation training system is designed for SY company, which enriches the training form on
the original basis, adjust the training content flexible according to the different needs of the
new staff, and set up a evaluation system.
The establishment of a sound new employee orientation training system, can enhance the core
competitiveness of enterprises, so as to promote the rapid growth of new employees.This
research has strong theoretical significance for enriching human resource management, and
has practical significance for improving the human resource management system of SY
company and promoting the economic benefits of the enterprise, it has certain reference and
guiding significance to the relevant enterprises of the same trade.
